  • Welcome to today's video! In this video, we'll be doing a guided meditation + breathwork exercise together called extended exhale.

    For this exercise, we're focusing on lengthening the exhale as we breathe slow controlled out of the body. Why? It's the exhale that signals to our bodies and minds that it's safe for us to slow down and relax. Our exhale is also what switches us over from being in states of fight-or-flight and into rest and digest.
