have another question for you, those syringes are about 2oz how much titebond are you adding, i know you said you drizzled in the inside but if you had to guess how much do you think you used, compared to the 60ml in each syringe, i tried this and had good luck, i was thinking of trying to mix the two glues together then poor into the syringe,
Gorilla glue requires water for activation, there’s no guarantee of water or how much water is in the deck. The set amount of mixing ensures good expansion and strength.
@Richard Rogers yes that's why they tell you in all the instruction videos to drill holes then rinse holes with a little water. The gorilla glue then follows the water and expands to where the water goes.

I Was just lookin up the injectables the hydra stop 300 is around $42 a tube and the injectadeck is about $54 a tube, heres the interesting part , while i was looking at the hydra stop 300 i noticed 2 things, 1st it says reacts with water, does that mean the water is the catalyst? Probably.. the second thing is i originally thought this was a 2 part mixture, i also noticed on the site hydra stop 300 is available in a single tube or a 1 gal jug. Meaning its not a 2 part system.. injectadeck also says its a water catalitic and looking at the tubes it appears instadeck is a 2 part mixture based on the chem colors in the tubes.
Sorry, didn’t see this earlier. It’s working great with zero failures. The oil pan developed a rust hole leak so the engine had to be pulled, deck remains strong. Also been in heavy seas with no problems, I definitely recommend it.
@@mikesolns1364 I did put in epoxy but they came out. I became accustomed to the holes. The boat is nearing the end of its life and help extend it another decade.
Thanks for the video and the updates. I have a small wet soft spot on my deck and I'm looking at various option. This seems super easy and effective.
How long after injection can you use epoxy resin to seal
I did it the next day after finishing the injection but not really certain how quickly it can be done. Just guessing, but probably within a hour.

I was shooting for 3:1 based on pre-tests, you are moving pretty quick to get as much use as you can from each syringe so it was never exact.
what is the point o f adding the tightbond to the mixture?

Did hole filler adhere to gorilla glue then you filled holes?
Some of it, but not all. I did not go deep enough while chamfering to get a good bite. Live and learn!!!
It works great
what is the link for the other product

Good catch! I never noticed that!!!
Water is the catalyst. You have to fill one tube with water.
Did it work?

Another update, the deck is just as strong as when first applied, this stuff is as good as it gets🙂🙂🙂
Did you finally just fix the holes with white epoxy? If yes how well did it finally look?

@@Oouther1 Awesome. Could you clarify how deep is it one needs to drill in? I appreciate it
@@mikesolns1364 Just saw this, you'll feel a hollow spot shortly after breaking thru. It'll be obvious.
Had it held up
So far, so good!
🎉 nothing like a year later update lol. Good to hear
@@Oouther1 did it lift the floor?
No bulging, just firmed-up what was there. It really couldn't get any better. @@mrsir2378
