    How is the rig secured? Is screwing itinto the rubber mats enough?

    Thank you for this, it’s great to learn about the personal preferences of a true athlete. I saw the curved treadmill in the shed but no motorized treadmill. Did he mention if he actually runs long distances on the curved treadmill to train for his marathon?

    How do you know which gym equipment can "survive" outdoor and not degrade within a year or 2?

    Did you find a huge temp difference at your feet in the Sisu? If I do a barrel I was getting the Edwin Sisu which this is. Though my wife is wanting us to do the Sun Home Luminar Outdoor 5-Person Full-Spectrum Infrared Sauna.

      I do not, however some people say they do feel the difference in temp. Either way you will get really hot! - Linds

    Guy has more aerobic training equipment and recovery stuff than weights and is still jacked. Time to up my cardio time.

      Not a bad idea! He has programming that is really great too! I heard advice from a trainer once that said " find the body of someone you like and then just do the programming they do" I thought that was so helpful and honestly has helped me a ton! - Linds

    gotta stop with the crossfit home gyms. Unless if they're also going to show you their steroids and injection sites, they're the least qualified athletes on the planet.

      You good bro? lol. Crossfit is like 75% cardio, 20% olympic barbell lifts, and 5% dumbbell. A crossfit gym is literally the best introductory gym for a home gym. Not everyone has the financial means to build a Globo Gym in their garage
