Quotes and Chokes muscle soreness, always the next day from training. So could be a little ligament as well.
Thank you for the flexibility tips, for suggestion I have difficulty sitting on my heels (knee pain post meniscus surgery a year ago) which makes me instable in full guard of my opponents. If you have tips or exercises for that issue it would be nice, thanks!
