Me and AbdulRahman Dollar training grip and enjoying life the Dubai way!

As title says. The gym was yesterday (15/05/2023) around 9:00 PM Dubai time. I haven't really trained in a while besides Thursday last week. My pinch wasn't all great but hey, I can still put air under my 2 hard 45's.
I was very surprised about the can bursting. I used to do it in one hit or 2 on a bad day. This time it took me maybe 20 hits or so. Shows that my soda can burst is way down. But in one or two more sessions it will be very good again God willing. That I am sure of. I also forgot to shake the can to make it easier. This is bursting a can, it isn't thumb gunning a can which is a party trick.
Then me and $ enjoying Dubai! We also did duck/goose hunting but not sure if UA-cam allows to post them. But yeah, we did great as expected. I wasn't happy with my pistol shots though. It was 20 meters away and I usually do better. But oh well, bad day is a thing.
