Hii! Just wanted to say I made this last night and this turned out so good!! I added some paprika and rosemary to the sauce and added chicken and cooked cherry tomatoes with it as well since I meal prepped it. So easy and good ! I think adding spinach would also be a good idea. ❤
If you don't want to use butter and add pasta water, use combination of milk and cornstarch and cook the sauce on low heat. Light evaporated for even better results. You can store a sauce like this and it won't break during reheating.
Ohhhhh I have to try these noddles!!! Where did you find them? ❤ thank you for this quick easy meal! I think adding some spinach and grilled chicken and some other veggies would make it absolutely great for a family meal!
I do this recipe but i dont blend the cottage cheese because i like to give it a ricotta texture. I also add mushrooms and spinach. I use cottage cheese in lasagna , penne a la vodka and ziti too 😋
In my family we call this Bows and Cheese because we make it with bowtie pasta. And if you think it's delicious now, wait until the next day, when you fry up the leftovers in butter, letting it get crispy on both sides, the crispier the better! 😊
ADD MORE SPICES, ADD CHICKEN, ADD SEASONING You added garlic... and butter Add more to give it more flavor Get creative with what might taste good together but dont just take pasta, cottage cheese, cheese butter and garlic and call it a true meal This is a quick college kids meal
Love butter cottage cheese and noodles..you don’t need to blend the cottage cheese if you enjoy the texture. I also love cottage cheese with red sauce. ❤
Just wrong. I love cottage cheese, but not in Alfredo. It should be just butter and cheese and pasta water. Some chefs use cream. Why use cottage cheese?
feelgoodfoodie.net/recipe/cottage-cheese-alfredo-pasta/
Why can’t can’t use low fat cottage cheese?
add some onion powder too :)
@feelgoodfoodie what is the name of those pasta noodles also do they have them in veggie noodles and where can I purchase them?
Where's the ingredients please
So i think ricotta and lemon zest will go great in this. Pasta queen is in my ear here.
💯
Agree
That would be yummy!!
I tried it with ricotta. It tastes well, but texture is not smooth, like 'lumpy' I guess? If you don't mind that you can do it 😊
@@KatherineStecknadelHow is "lumpy" ricotta even possible?
I love Alfredo! the creaminess and with the cheese, it's just perfect!
I do too!!
@@FeelgoodfoodieHey! I really like all your videos!

Im not even Italian but is it so difficult to first boil the water and then to add the pasta 🥴🥴🥴🥴🥴
we all know you've put to much pasta water and its to watery ;))) but we let it slide =))
Did it have that slightly bitter cottage cheese taste?
"The pasta is cooking "
As delicious as everything looks until that point, the video is not complete until she says the two magic words, and everything falls into place. 😊
😂❤❤
@@Feelgoodfoodie😁💖
Never put the water over the Spagettis, but always put the Spagetti in boiling water.
What kind of pasta is that. Ive not seen it at my grocery store
If you notice the little things, make very sure to grate the parmesan yourself. Seriously, it's so grainy otherwise.
I will dens this to my friend she has blonde curly hair
Lol!
Where's spice
Thanks Mom! ❤️
Why don't u add any spice
It's not like good home made ricotta
though - you know..🤗💜🙏💜🇬🇧💜
What in the season-less pasta is this?
Is it salty?? My goodness, tge cotrage cheese, parmesan AND salt. Wow.
