Macros entire recipe: 636 calories, 56C, 16F, 64P
Chicken breast 180g
Onion 1/2
Cloves of garlic 2
Potatoes 250g
Salt, black pepper
Cottage cheese 1% 100g
Evaporated mil 3% 50g
Parmesan cheese 15g
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
Black pepper
Peel and cut potatoes into cubes. Put them into a pot with water, add a strong pinch of salt and let the potatoes simmer for 10-12 minutes.
Cut chicken into strips and season with salt and pepper. Dice the onions and peel and mince the garlic. Grate parmesan cheese into a bowl.
Add Cottage cheese with evaporated milk, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder into a blender and mix on high for 30 seconds until smooth.
Heat up the pan to medium heat, add in some oil, and then the onions with some salt. Fry the onions for 2-3 min. Push them aside, add another bit of oil, and now fry the chicken for 1 minute each side.
Add the minced garlic and give everything a last stir for 10 seconds and remove the pan from the heat. Now add in the sauce with the parmesan cheese and mix everything until creamy and smooth.
Potatoes should be ready by now as well so drain the water and add them to a plate. Top the potatoes with the chicken alfredo, done!

hi, thanks for your amazing content and recipe, always straigh to the point. Also do you plan to have the book translated into other language ?
Love these "sauce" recipes you've been focused on producing lately!
Glad you like them!
Book is worth it guys
Thank you!
NEW FELU VIDEO LETS GO
@@lukeosburn9361ok
I can see your knife is dull by watching you cut your chicken. Sharpen it and you'll thank me
Ingenious using potatoes instead of pasta
The homie Alfredo
my homie Alfredo said you wanted the two piece 🤣🤣
@@zenitsuthunder3946 🤣
Patrick you’re a fan of this channel? Bro your tech videos are 🔥
Can I use something else instead of the evaporated milk?
Thank you. Unfortunately we don't have cottage cheese here, any substitute I can use?
What country doest have it
Greek yogurt
Hi what was the optional ingredient after garlic and onion powder? Either the video or My phone seems to skip
A small amount of nutmeg homie! 😉😀 Enjoy
This guy never disappoints i love it, keep it up 👏🏾
Thanks a lot!
i made this recipe today and its absolutley delicious
Nice, I really appreciate your videos. I had similar inspiration not too long ago. I made chicken alfredo lasagna using unflavored greek yogurt for the sauce (Instead of the cottage cheese you use here), incorporating it last to collect all the flavor from the bottom of the pan and melted cheese bits. Admittedly, I could not use very many lasagna noodles to keep the macros under control, but it was delicious and gave me enough of the lasagna experience that I was looking for. I also recently made a white enchilada variation, again using yogurt instead of making a rue, but left out the tortillas for scalloped potatoes in their place. The dishes were not only great protein sources with calorie counts that fit my diet, but the casserole-like proportions were also meal preps for my work-week.
Keep on cookin'!
Easy upgrade is by putting the potatoes for some crispy texture in the air fryer or oven ✌🏻
I love all your recipes they are amazing!
I will try this Alfredo recipe today.
I just ended a 5 year relationship with the woman I was planning to marry and I'm so mad at myself for not working on myself sooner because, with the combination of my own personal motivators to get to the gym even in the pouring rain, and your DELICIOUS recipes, I have become actually unstoppable. I'm 265 lbs right now but I'm telling you, I have so much energy and I KNOW that I can be as fit as I want, all it is now is time.
I feel so alive and I wanted to personally thank you. I will be buying your cookbook soon but I really cannot afford it as I am about to start a new job right now. Thanks for your hard work, and I hope to update you with my progress at some point.
I'm really sorry to read that. I really wish you all the best. Life sucks sometimes but you need to stay in the game and NEVER give up. One more round!
I made this with lentil pasta and the protein count went from 69 to 80, thanks!
Nice 🙂
Two thumbs up!😍 Your alfredo recipe turned a regular meal into a culinary delight, now looking forward to the upcoming recipe, Stay connected 👍🙏😋
Have you tried the protein pasta from Barilla? It tastes just like regular pasta (it is regular pasta but with pea protein added). It's a great way to get significantly more protein into a pasta dish without affecting flavor whatsoever.
BRO THIS FOOD IS SO Gud sadly even tho its low calorie not low enough for my goals chicken rice and egg whites is a pain 😭
Love your cooking !
Have your book ...
I have dropped fro 191 lb to 163 without thinking about it or any extra exercise..
Iam the complete opposition of this guy
He eats healthy to be fit
I eat bulshit (exaggeration) and exercise alot to be fit
Only Felu can make Alfredo sauce a healthier one . Thanks alot. Next this i am gonna try it.
I'm surprised you didn't use the magic or miracle noodles you have made dishes with in previous videos. As an Italian guy, I appreciate the creativity, looking forward to trying this soon, thank you.
I am saving money to buy your cookbook. The pasta was yummy!!!!
What kind of oil spray are you using??
Does this reheat well? I'd like to try using it for meal prep if it does.
Whoever lives with you is very lucky! Thank you
Would konjac noodles work with this?
Sweet or unsweetened milk?
Unsweetened
This looks fantastic man, thanks for sharing!
Yesss i love evaporated milk
Have you tried nutritional yeast in place of parmesasn? Better macros and tastes just as good.
I mean taste as good is a little bit of a stretch but you can add it in instead yes
Thanks I always find low-fat cottage cheese to taste bad on its own so blending it with other tasty seasonings is very exciting!
Try different brands of 1% cottage cheese. I've tried several and it's surprising how much of a difference in flavor there is. My favorite by far is the Friendly Farms brand found at Aldi in the US. It's actually the least "flavourful" that I have tried, but for me that is a good thing.
Hi! What would be evaporated milk in german? How do i find it in the Supermarkt? Thanks!
Kondensmilch. Ungekühlt.
And for the 1%cottage cheese,do you think I can find this in Martauf,Aldi or Lidl?
Gibts das Kochbuch auch in deutscher Ausgabe oder nur Englisch?
English only
What is a Substitube for evaporated milk?
What app is this to show macros?
MyFitnessPal. It‘s a great app to track your food but without premium it‘s sadly annoying to use with the ads. Bought premium and it‘s worth but still
myfitnesspal
myfitnesspal I believe
loving the videos, did have a question tho, how would you calculate the calories you ate if you didnt finish the portion made? I had bariatric surgery recently and every video of yours i have made is more than one serving for me and will last me a few days. I just want to be sure i am counting the calories and macros properly :))
Perhaps weigh the portion before digging in, and then after, to figure out what percentage of the meal you ate, so you could figure out what percentage of the calories/nutrition you had?
@jessicareid6540 y'know, i should've thought of that lol, thank you‼️‼️
@@Ashleybabeyyy No worries, congrats on your surgery! Some of my family has done the same recently so I've seen the hard work it takes to get there/keep dedicated to your nutrition after. You got this!!
"Typically (...) heavy cream". Come on, Felu! What the actual fcuk?! You are better than that! 😩
There's no cream in neither Alfredo, nor carbonara!
yea 100%. . This is not Alfredo! Creamy potatoes and chicken - sure, but not Alfredo.
There are other types of pastas that are healthy for you, such as made with lentels, spinich and so on.
