The fact that after Shaw uncuffed herself from the bench, root moves to where she was and starts playing with the cuffs is adorable. I really wish they were together longer. I miss root so much
By the deathly serious look and manner of Mr. Finch, and how he made them do it over again after one failed attempt to make the sandwich, I was _convinced_ it was to do with a new number - something conveniently super-spicy to cover up some kind of sedative, and for a target who is super-demanding about the ingredients, so it had be made EXACTLY right, otherwise the target would not consume it... [cue ultra-serious and dramatic background music as Finch makes his way to the subway] Then: I couldn't BELIEVE it was just a lunch for Shaw!!! * *LMAO* * ;D
Oh the anger of an Asian woman has never been so encapsulated in a moment. nor the woes of food prep. Its no ones fault really, things are just what they are.
Finch ordering the sandwich is funny and his reaction when Shaw comes to stand next to him with her sandwich and chips. It's like he's saying, "You are not eating that in front of my computer?"
@@dollcefina I seriously doubt that the man on Apartment 3A who is using this machine for his midnight chocolate cravings accidentally figures this out. But if it makes you feel better, i also took the time to implement a fingerprint sensor under the number 3 miss Groves.
wouldnt a retina scan or voice print be easier? When i worked in a warehouse, the cleaners had to clock in with their index finger while looking in a camera. It only lasted 6 months before they revoked it as a waste of money
Shaw's reminded me of this one time, one of my friends fucked up really bad with me and, as peace offering, he brought a Shawarma from my favorite place in the city. I took that bag out of his hands with the same aggressiveness as Shaw lmao. We're still friends to this day.
hey love your channel can you upload the first scene of return 0 where there a news report than the machine power goes down than the machine keeps repeating can your hear me thanks
(Thanks to a comment made further down the page by @Andy ) It always mystified me why Mr. Finch was ordering this very not-Chinese sandwich at a Chinese shop, where the employees don't even seem to be familiar with making this type of sandwich. It FINALLY occured to me just now, that the reason Mr. Finch orders this sandwich from this obscure Chinese take-away - despite the struggle to be understood - is not merely because it's conveniently close to the subway hideout. It's because they don't enter their orders into a computer like they would at a more Westernised sandwich shop with a digital system. He did that specifically so that Samaritan can't track the sandwich ingredients! NOW I understand this scene so much better... :O
I'm thinking of every time I ever went to a Tim Horton's (Canadian franchise) to order a sandwich. Every single thing I asked for, or specified in a menu selection, would go into the computer...
I wonder why Samaritan didn't attempt to locate Shaw using her favorite foods. Obviously her preference isn't super uncommon, but Samaritan certainly has the resources and capabilities needed to scan everywhere for people ordering like Finch, then flagging them for further monitoring. Even if Samaritan can't "see" hard coded cover IDs, it can still recognize behavioral anomalies.
@Andy - Actually, I was just thinking about what you said. Beatlesque that's a good point, but it doesn't explain why Finch wasn't discovered via voiceprint and other anomalous behavior. Since Samaritan is up on all cellphone mics simultaneously, it should be able to recognize an unusually long order, using atypical verbiage. That would certainly be suspicious and warrant an agent being sent to investigate further.
I hate when I order a sandwich and the maker tries to guess what I want on it before I even say anything. Had one in South Carolina try that one night at a Subway. I left her frustrated.
Root in a bear costume while Shaw is handcuffed and grumpy. Just another perfectly normal day in the POI world....
The fact that after Shaw uncuffed herself from the bench, root moves to where she was and starts playing with the cuffs is adorable. I really wish they were together longer. I miss root so much
Finch ordering the sandwich is quite possibly one of my favorite moments in Person of Interest
90sAreTheBest omg. Totally agree and thought I was the only one.

Agreed, Michael Emerson does such a good job.
Am I the only one thinking this is a plot hole? If Samaritan is after Shaw, doesn't it know her favourite sandwich?
I found it really cute how Root starts to play with the handcuffs at the end
I never realized that!
Holy fuck! How have I not noticed that???
The incredibly seductive way she ends with: "against your will, anyway"...!!
@Karissa Ramsey she is 🥺
Shaw going after the bag w her teeth was amazing, Root rushing over to help was perfection
That sandwich lady's stink eye is some next level. A+++
Finch ordering the sandwich is funny and his reaction when Shaw comes to stand next to him with her sandwich and chips. It's like he's saying, "You are not eating that in front of my computer?"
No...he was shocked to see her no longer in handcuffs and thought she would kick their butts.....lol....like "how did you get free?"
Greer offered Shaw the same sandwich and she told him to GF'd
He orders it like typing a programming code
I had same thought also
UA-cam recommendations have done it to me. I want to watch PoI again.
Dont do it

* *gasp* * My God - HAROLD ! ! ! (3-1-4-1 is _bit_ obvious, don't ya think??!)

shaw is just the human version of bear
Nah - Bear's too sweet and docile to be Shaw!
Bear's reaction is funny.
Bear wants that sandwich. But just the thought of the aftermath if he got it is terrifying.
We can laugh in this episode and cry in the next
Finch’s reaction to seeing Shaw right next to him 😂
It was a gem of a series.
Loved this show. Wish it was back on tv.
Shaw's reminded me of this one time, one of my friends fucked up really bad with me and, as peace offering, he brought a Shawarma from my favorite place in the city.
I took that bag out of his hands with the same aggressiveness as Shaw lmao.
We're still friends to this day.
i like how the entry point doesn't give them their money back
Someone needs to say it out loud: in addition to being sociopathic, lethal, beautiful, and hot, Shaw loves to eat.
i love how finch was surprised when shaw was beside her
Finch approached that animal with caution. Hahahaha.

Shaw is so cute.
Knowing she was pregnant during this time makes Shaw adorable

You guys don't know NYC . 50000 restaurants . trust me a Chinese place doesn't have pastrami . and few computers even now in 2020
By the way, Finch says he got the sandwich at Park's Deli. Park is a Korean last name.

Mr. Bernstein was a great success
That does sound like one hell of a delicious sandwich
Sarah and Amy...... gorgeous ladies
damn i wanna try that
The extra ingredient I enjoy, Finch, is YOU ❤️😈
It's funny. He uses the number for PI as the code to enter his secret lair. 3.141.......592
This actually pisses me off, to be honest. Waaaay too easy for anyone to guess, even one of his high school students!! :O
So... how many noticed the you amn walking past howard 2 times on his way back? ^^ at 00:49 and again at 00:55
WHO did?? * confused *

Pastrami, yellow mustard, and mayo being used in Chinatown?
I know the vending machine is fake but are the snacks real? 🤔
* *LMAO* * ! ! You're thinking like Shaw...
would love to see some out takes of this show
They're all on UA-cam, have a root 'round! ;)
@0:38 She wants to murder Harold.
Shaw is hot in the same way that Polar Bears are cute.
If they really wanted to make this scene funny they could have had Shaw offer some of her sandwich to Bear and Bear refuse to eat it.
hey how about when we first John in action on the subway against Aton and his crew.
Lmao 🤣
Root loved shaw...and they never got together hurt
10/10 wife material.
Is it Berenstain or Berenstein bear
@Karissa Ramsey A nice bit of residue from an alternate reality
are we sure that isnt Alex and Ben reunited XD
Oh my gosh no i always going to see Shaw and Finch as Alex and Ben...😍😍

O-thanx
Sheldon would get along with him quite well
Hello I was just wondering how you one billion subscribers is going.
Weird apple sandwich once in Shaw's paws
Did the sandwich have apples in it??
