I wanna use my discipline to do good in school, work, boxing, working out, and life. Ive been told that ive always been lazy and I dont want to be like that anymore. I want a healthy body, I wanna feel healthy and wake up and not hate myself but rather look at myself and think "I can do better than yesterday." I think I was lazy and im going to fix that. Ill remember this video and come back it is my mission.
My man, that’s the mindset right there! Recognizing where you want to improve is powerful. Just focus on small wins every day, and that discipline will stack up in no time. Wake up tomorrow with the goal of being 1% better than today, and before you know it, you’ll be unrecognizable. You’ve already taken the hardest step by deciding to change💥👊
I want to have a healthy body, make an academic comeback, learn to code, get into a good college, and ultimately secure a good job to earn money. Sometimes, I question why I want all these things, what the true purpose behind my discipline is, and what I’m really aiming to achieve. But deep down, I feel this constant weight in my chest, reminding me that I can’t stay where I am right now. I need to move forward and make something of myself. Does anyone else feel this way, or is it just me?
You're definitely not alone in feeling this way. It’s normal to question your goals and the purpose behind them, but that weight in your chest is a sign that you’re ready for change and growth. Trust that this drive will guide you as you move forward. Keep pushing, and the clarity you’re seeking will come with time 🙏🏼
Clearly not. But I don't feel that way. There is nothing pushing me forward. I would like nothing more than to do nothing, all the time. If life didnt require it of me, I wouldn't move at all.
I feel this too. I just cant get myself to start. The hardest part is always just starting. Once you make a amount of progress that is significant in your eyes, things start to change, it’s literally like a tsunami. It’s hard for it to grow but once it does it’s game over legit nothing stops this shit unless it’s built to destroy it. And nothing is really out there to kill you.
Im a 13 year old girl, thankfully ive quit playing games and cut off most of my distractions which wasted my day, however discipline was always a challenge for me in different areas, such as being determined on a goal, because recently i got setback in school when i was trying to sell my art in school. I was the one to give up easily but now im trying to find different ways to do that same and not give up on it, because i learnt consistency is key.
I want to be able to pull myself together and learn. I want to stop procrastinating. I don't do what I should do because short videos and laziness make me procrastinate every day and I can't focus on doing my coursework.
I'm a forklift driver in Detroit. I want to lose weight so I can have more love and respect for myself and do a remote job so I can FINALLY feel free and see the world so I can truely spread my wings.
My friend, that’s the kind of mindset that sets you apart! The key is to chase growth relentlessly, one step at a time. Every challenge you overcome builds that next-level version of yourself. Just keep pushing your limits, and you’ll surprise even yourself with how far you can go 🔥
My friend, that’s a powerful vision! Fitness, business, and family all go hand in hand. When you stay consistent in your fitness and business goals, the pride and support from your family will follow. Keep hustling-you’re on the path to something amazing. All the best for you 🩵
I will become a CPA Lawyer and build a business. I was destined for this path and I will do anything to attain it. No more excuses, no more distractions.
That’s the kind of fire you need, brother 🔥 When you’ve got a vision like that, excuses don’t stand a chance. Keep reminding yourself why you started and let that push you through the hard days. What’s one distraction you can cut out today to get closer to that goal? Let me know!
Been an addict for almost 7 years, and here I am regretting all the wrong choices that I made but deep down I knew I was in a high speed towards destruction however now I am trying to be clean, sober and focus on getting myself back after abusing myself for so many years, fighting the demons within me which kept me running and hiding from the problem and responsibilities under the umbrella of addiction. It’s very tough time and I know it’s going to be tougher but the goal is not to kneel down again to my demons but to embrace the hard reality and pain to get myself back and becoming the best version of myself and thanks to the owner of this channel for feeding the motivation to become disciplined. I am now looking forward to get myself in a very good shape on this winter and see myself as a completely different person in 2025 so that I could help my family and be productive towards society
Brother, I’ve got mad respect for your honesty and determination. Fighting those demons takes real strength, and you’re already on the path. Stay focused on that future version of yourself in 2025! Thank you for stopping by and sharing your thoughts 🙏🏼
I want to become a person that I would admire. To be successful and happy with everything I do. To be someone who cares and creates good amongst the chaos in the world. To be me, to be good, to be true.
I want to get school stuff done right away, stay active in sports or gym consistently, keep a hobby/skill up, read a bit everyday, keep going to church, have time for friends and family and sleep earlier and wake up consistently
I wanna start my boxing journey and see how far I get, along with doing the childhood hobbies I grew up having and making it into something bigger than just a hobby/dream. I wanna be able to spend time with my family comfortably more and help them financially.
The biggest think for me I wanna keep the promises I make to myself, I always say I’m gonna do this or that and never end up doing it that’s why I’m trying to stay in the moment and taking it one day at a time.
When I became a disciplined , I will achieve many goals and dreams I hope , I want to be a rich man and a healthy man and more, I don’t want to stop the progress
You’ve got 4 months to create a future you can be proud of, brother. Consistency is the key-show up every day, even when it’s tough. Think of it as an investment in yourself, one that will pay off big. What’s your plan for staying focused this week? ✨
I always tried to like the things that I have to do ...thinking that's discipline but now I know that discipline is dng IT even if you don't feel like doing it
Absolutely, brother! Discipline isn’t about loving every task, it’s about pushing through when the excitement isn’t there. That’s when the real growth happens. Keep showing up, even when it’s tough-that’s where success is built. 🚀
I'm a college student from science group. I don't know what I wanna be when I grow up. All I know is that I wanna do something that helps people and be good in studies. This video was very helpful for me! ❤
I want to die proud, not ashamed. I want to leave this world making a difference, I wanna change lives, change my own life, be a leader to my family and future family. I wanna live a sick life, I wanna take risks, I wanna work hard, I wanna get up early with a purpose. I want to grind in the dark and come out a light!
Living with that kind of purpose is what sets you apart, brother 🔥 Keep taking those risks, grinding in the shadows, and shaping the life you want. With that drive, you'll inspire your family and leave the legacy you're aiming for. Keep pushing forward-you're on the right path!
Haha, now I know, my friend! Broccoli sprouts sound like a game-changer-gotta try them out. Anything that boosts energy and health, I’m all in. Appreciate the tip! 🌱💪
My friend, the fact that you care enough to want to bounce back is the first step. Start small-rebuild your study habits bit by bit and don’t let setbacks define you. You were a top student once, you can be that again. Believe in the process! But keep in mind, life is not just about good grades. There's way more to it 🔥
I want to show up to work on time, give it my all, be uncomfortable, be willing to ask for help, and do a little better every day. No days off. No retreating to safety of being chronically online.
I want to be better. I want to be the person I know I can be. It's so hard, and I'm constantly just trying to make better decision habits. It just starts with a single step in the right direction. Im a couple steps in at this point, but constantly find myself reverting back to my old self after doing the right thing for weeks or months. Discipline is 100% key... Dont give up! Im not, and dont want anyone reading this to give uo either. We all got this!
My friend, I hear you. It’s easy to slip back, but the fact that you’ve taken those steps and are aware of the struggle means you’re already ahead of the game. Discipline isn’t about being perfect, it’s about getting up every time you fall. We’ve all got this, and I believe in your journey! Let me know how you get on 🙏🏼
I’m not doing what I should be doing because I feel “tired” which is aimtraining. I then realized if I’m tired and watching this video and thinking these thoughts I have enough energy to run a 30 min session. Thanks bro just a small ammt of thought goes a long way.
Your video really resonates with me. I have big goals-getting into IIT, losing weight, and building muscle-but I realize that the only thing standing in my way is my own willpower. Your content is a great reminder that success is as much about mental strength as it is about physical effort. Thanks for the inspiration!
I’m glad the video resonated with you! Your goals are big, but recognizing that it’s your willpower that can make or break your progress is a huge step. Keep focusing on building that mental strength, and everything else will follow. How do you celebrate small victories along the way? 🔥
I have an exam coming up in 7 months which can change my entire life and i am unable to study everyday ( i am very inconsistent) , i will study consistently for 7 months and crack that shitty exam.
Stoped at 8:14 to comment this. I legit know what I want to do in life and how I envision on how I want to be my issue is I don't have that drive to start. The lack of taking the first step. I've been in a constant loophole of feeling stuck. I feel miserable all the damn time and its draining.
Brother, I feel you. The hardest part is always taking that first step. Start small-just one action today, no matter how tiny. Once you build momentum, things start moving faster. Keep your eyes on the long game-you've got this.
Keep going, my friend! Studying is tough, but if you break it down into small, manageable pieces, you’ll get there. You’re already on the path to making yourself and your family proud 🙏🏼
You’ve already got the plan, brother, which is a huge step! Discipline is just the bridge between your dreams and reality. Stick to that plan, embrace the grind, and before you know it, you’ll be living out those dreams you’ve mapped out. You’ve got this! What’s the next step in your plan to bring those dreams to life? ✨
I want to live for 300-400 years in good health to enjoy this time,I feel like one day people will be able to do so. Just don’t know if this will be in my life time.
Incredibly done. Flowed really well. You spoke in a confident, secure, professional manner that makes you sound professionally trained. very deep and insightful. A hell of a lot more people need to listen to this. I am a fan.
Same here my friend. I was very introverted as well and hated being in front of people... I took it step by step though and once I started exposing myself to people it soon felt less stressful🙏🏼 Btw I'm uploading a new one later today that might be helpful to you in that regard! Definitely check it out :)
My friend, balancing both those passions is no small task, but with focus and dedication, you can do it 🚀 Keep pushing yourself in both medicine and content creation-you’ll grow into that best version of yourself through the journey. One step at a time, and you'll get there! What field are you working in as a doctor?
I've lacked discipline in the past this video helped to drive me to discipline myself to grow towards my passion and goals more I've been on a journey and this growth has driven me towards the discipline of health wealth and knowledge in life thank you and I thank myself for truly committing to my commitments of discipline and growth
It can be extremely hard to do what you don’t want to do all day long (working a job you hate) and then throw more things you don’t like Doing on top of that .. something that helped me in this arena was doing My best to look at work from a different perspective .. these days I look at work like a tool that furthers my discipline rather then something that’s holding me back from the disciplined path .. I think of all the unproductive things I could Be doing instead .. it truly helps.. best of luck guys !!
My friend, that mindset shift is everything. Seeing work as a tool to sharpen yourself changes the game. It’s all about perspective, and you’ve found a powerful one-keep using it to fuel your growth. 🔥
With the embodiment of the appropriate level of discipline, I will become fluent in a foreign language, maintain control over my mental and physical impulses, and maintain a much better level of mental and physical health.
I want to go to my dream college.I really felt very stucked.I have taken a drop year. All my friends are in college. But now i wake up everyday stay in the same room and study. It gets hard. But this video made me realize that this is temporary pain and that i am not the only one doubting myself.Everyone does doubt themselves at some point. But getting past it i the real challenge. And i promise myself today that every day i would push myself to be better
My friend.. I’m glad the video resonated with you and helped shift your perspective. Taking a drop year can feel isolating, but remember, this is a temporary phase that’s setting you up for future success! Keep focusing on your goals and pushing through the challenges-you’re not alone in this. Is there a solution that always works for you when you want to overcome your doubts? I'm interested to find out. 🙏🏼
Thank you for replying. I don't know if it will work for everyone but I journal a lot. I just write down what I am feeling. Its like I am having a coversationn with myself .Sometimes just reading the past entries makes me realize I have gone through much worse. That does not work always but it helps sometimes with self doubt and overthinking. Also I try not to be very critical about myself because then that sends me into a pit of hopelessness .I think its better to focus on the process and not the result .Yeah thats it. And if all this doesn't help I just sit and force myself to study. Sometimes I just dont want to study and instead make all these excuses in my mind to procrastinate.
Always, brother.. that’s some real wisdom right there! Journaling can be a powerful tool-it’s like having a heart-to-heart with yourself. I’ve found that being kind to yourself during tough times really makes a difference, just like you said. When all else fails, pushing through and getting to work is sometimes the best move. Let me know if that helps 🔥
I had same shocked realization about my thoughts of not actually being my thoughts. Very deep idea behind it. I like your ideas. I'll subscribe. Keep it up man !
This was my first video in my feed. Let me tell you that it was so good! I love how you distilled discipline into easily digestible parts. GREAT WORK 💪
I've been waking up at 3 am in the morning to get access to that 3 hours of undisturbed focus time, but i haven't been able to do that everyday, nor was i able to completely focus the entire time. But i do realise that a beginner like me can't expect to become a productivity master within a few days, so keeping this thought in mind I'm pushing myself everyday blindly to get adapted to this new schedule and as time passes, even though it's tiny, i am able to see progress and that makes me feel good about the hardwood I'm putting in!
It's great that you're recognizing the progress you're making-building new habits takes time, and it’s normal to have ups and downs. Consistency is key, so keep pushing forward and celebrate those small wins. Over time, you'll find your rhythm and focus will come more naturally. Is there one thing you can tweak in your routine to help make those early mornings even more effective? Let me know!
@@pree_bird my friend, it's normal to need a break after a few hours or to switch up the things you're doing. So don't worry if your concentration wanes in the afternoon - it's completely normal. Try to do the most important tasks first, take small breaks here and there and don't forget to eat and exercise in between. And if you maintain this routine throughout the day, treat yourself to a small reward. This has really helped me to stay motivated and focused over a longer period of time. Please let me know if this has helped you too, brother! 🔥
I am 15 and I am starting the journey of an entrepreneur.I will achieve my goal of travelling the world and have $50 million in my bank by the time I’m 35. This may seem far fetched but if other people have done it then why can’t I. Why can’t we All? I believe in every single one of you. Stay hard guys👑
Brother! That’s an incredible mindset 🔥 Starting your entrepreneurial journey at 15 shows you’ve got the drive and ambition to reach those goals. Keep believing in yourself and taking consistent steps, no matter how small, toward your dreams-you will make it and you got plenty of time! What skills are you focusing on developing right now? Let me know if there's a topic that interest you the most and I might be able to make a video on that :)
I want to resist the distractions around me and become a version of myself that I am proud of. I want to become a formidable student, go to a respectable college, find a job that I find passion in, develop generational wealth, and as an adult, have the freedom to go out into the world and live life without restrictions. I want to see and experience things that I would never have dreamed of doing in my current state of life.
That’s a powerful vision, brother. Stay locked in on those goals, and don’t let distractions take away from what’s meant for you. It’s about small daily steps that lead to that future freedom. Keep your head up and your focus sharp-you’re building something incredible 🙏🏼
I'm 18 years old and I feel like I haven't really accomplished anything yet so I want to become someone amazing, someone that people can look up to, I want to have a healthy body and a healthy mind, and I want to give my parents a good life.
You’ve got plenty of time, brother. The fact that you’re thinking like this at 18 already puts you ahead of the game. Keep building, step by step, and you’ll become someone not only others look up to, but someone you’ll be proud of. Stay the course! 🔥
our body is adaptable it just needs time but for getting what i want life gives pain nothing is a blessin u have to earn everything the only currency works here is pain u give pain to ur body it will give u the power the skill u want. even the brain is a part of body it also need some pain to grow . anxiety and depression are not exactly the real pain the real pain is getting out of it . dont depend on others . nomatter how much u hate urself but trust me no one loves u more than urself
You're so right, brother. Growth comes through struggle, and that pain is the price we pay to evolve. It’s like the gym-pain is what builds strength, both mentally and physically. The key is to keep pushing, even when it’s hard. What's one thing you're focusing on right now to keep that momentum going? 💪🏼
I’m a college student and I want to see how I do when I give it my all in life, unleash my full potential. I still don’t know what I want to do in the future but I want to create one where I can live comfortably and happily with my family.
I was doing so well for a few months then depression came crashing down because i realized the reason i was doing well was not for my self but for my x i was accentually killing my bad self for someone else and not my own thats why i failed i was doing everything right for the wrong reason. so just remember be better for you and by doing that you will be better for everyone around you as well. you have alot of time left on this earth so get done what matters now so you can strive in the future.
I've been at the exact same spot as well, brother! It's tough realizing you were working hard for someone else rather than yourself, but that awareness is a powerful turning point. Shifting your focus to becoming better for you is key-when you grow for yourself, it positively impacts everyone around you, too. You're on good path my friend. Let's build a stronger future together 🚀
Thank you for this precious video u made for us. This give me self aware about my self and i was dying from cheap dopomine and i just realized how my life is shit but i promise u brother i will make all in my power to be s better man in life with god. Thank you again love u and ur videos bro
I appreciate your words, brother 🙏🏼 I'm glad the video resonated with you! Recognizing where things need to change is a powerful first step, and it sounds like you're ready to take that journey. Stay strong, stay focused, and keep pushing forward with that mindset-you're on the right path. Much love and respect, you've got this! 🔥
I want to complete my schooling for cybersecurity, I want to grow a career in that field, I want to make my body healthier and stronger, I want to travel the world. I want it. I want to be happy, I want memories that will last forever with no regrets. I want it and I will have it.
My friend, your vision is crystal clear, and that’s powerful. With that kind of determination, there’s no doubt you’ll achieve it all. Focus on one step at a time, and every victory will bring you closer to the life you want. You’ve got everything it takes-go get it! Let me know how you get on 🔥
I will become a man with ambition find my purpose in life and carry my legacy while making everybody (especially my family) proud No more distraction from now
That’s the mindset, my friend! Stay focused and let your actions do the talking. Your family will see the greatness you’re building. Proud of your ambition! 🔥
Excellent video! I do think focusing on getting your thoughts right is a big step. Not only with an affirmation, but also by eliminating self limiting beliefs. I told myself that I didn't have the mind for programming for so long, now in my late 30s I've thrown that idea away. I still have a ways to go, but I am a significantly better programmer than I was in my college classes. Personally, working on getting the workout routine and streaming routine going. I am doing a lot of programming stuff (mostly game dev, which is the focus of my channel) but also some programming stuff for my day job and a web app or two. The goal is a 5k race with a goal time and from there work to a 10k. Eventually a half marathon or spartan race. But for the moment, I just have to focus on getting strength workouts in and the more focused cardio workouts in. But the first step? Getting more steps in on a daily basis. Journey before Destination.
Brother, thanks for sharing your story 🙏🏼 You’re proof that it’s never too late to rewrite the script in your head. Keep stacking those small wins-whether in coding, fitness, or life. The journey really is the key, and each step forward brings you closer to that finish line. Keep crushing it!
The last time I attempted a word record, my crew met with an accident. My brother got a crack in his spine and that day was a nightmare. Ever since that day I kept blaming myself for what happened. Now I'm going to redeem myself and go toe to toe with my past and break that world record. This is who I am and what I'll be doing
Thanks for sharing, brother 🙏🏼 I'm so sorry to hear about what happened, but your determination to face your past and move forward is truly inspiring. It takes incredible strength to turn pain into motivation, and I believe you’ve got what it takes to break that record. How are you preparing yourself mentally and physically for this challenge? Also what kind of world record attempt is it gonna be? I'm super interested in learning more about your story!
@@mindflowclub we'll make a deal here. Don't delete this video for any reason. when i break that world record, i'll comeback and will let you know about it and let this video's comment section be our point of contact. i'll let the world know through my victory about how your video helped me. till then 🫡 btw that world record was for longest distance covered non-stop on a bicycle (outdoors). i covered 280kms when my crew met with that accident. i planned to do 1000kms atleast. now i've planned to break something that is of less danger to my crew but still a nightmare. i'll let you know when i break it
I listened to this while on the way to the gym. I instantly became a subscriber. Thanks for helping me to open my eyes and give me a short guide how to get back on track. Lately, I felt like I am losing my way to my original goal which is to reach my potential, and your video brought me back to it.
I just turned 30 last week and I figured out discipline for my self when I was 25 it took a lot for me to be consistent to go the gym 4 to 5 days a week I pushed my self to achieve this I would spend hours on video games and just lay around all day I was 225 pounds now I’m 183 all muscle I learned to treat others with respect even if the person doesn’t deserve your kindness doesn’t matter it’s for you always push yourself and be kind to others be the better version of yourself don’t be scared just take the jump and push to find yourself and believe in yourself trust me you all got this just remember you have plenty of time in the day just push yourself up and you’ll achieve anything ✌🏾✌🏾
Brother, your journey is proof that discipline and self-respect can turn everything around. You’ve come so far, and your mindset is on point-pushing yourself for the better, not just physically but mentally, is everything. Keep spreading that energy because your story is fuel for others out here! Thank you so much for taking the time and sharing your thoughts. I really appreciate it 🙏🏼
I want to be disciplined to control my daily life and everything, I stopped using social media 5 months ago except for UA-cam and some essential apps, it was easy in the first months because I deleted TikTok in 2021 and this made my journey of leaving social media addiction easier, and I noticed changes in my focus and memory, I started to remember everyone's name, face, information, and all the details and this is just the beginning because before that I didn't remember anything so it is a big change for me, in this period there is a feeling of isolation or lack of belonging because everyone has things in common through social media, but I'm determined to leave it for one year and during that, I work on changing my habits, behavior, thinking, and health, and believe me this is something that takes all your time you will not feel empty when you decided to start ☺️. Thank you for the video!
My friend, it’s incredible that you’ve taken such a strong step to reclaim your focus and memory by stepping away from social media. That feeling of isolation is real, but the growth you’re experiencing is worth it. You’re on the right path, and it sounds like you’re already seeing the benefits in how you engage with the world. Keep pushing forward, my friend-this is just the beginning of something truly transformative. Thank you for your message, I really appreciate you stopping by 🩵
I want to be a therapist while also having a successful music career. I want to be healthy physically, mentally, and financially. I want to have trust in myself again and never hear the advice, "be more confident" again.
My friend, you've got big dreams, and that's powerful. Balance comes from knowing when to push and when to heal. Trust yourself-confidence isn't something you're told to have, it's something you earn by showing up daily. Keep building that foundation, and the rest will follow. 🙏🏼
My friend, watching it multiple times shows you’re serious about making a change. And I really appreciate this! Now it's time to turn that energy into action. Start small-maybe with a healthier meal today or a quick workout in between. Just remember, consistency is what will get you where you want to be. Let me know how you get on with the journey 🚀
This is a fantastic video that’s really gets you thinking and you don’t know how happy I got when I saw Kenichi the strongest disciple clips in here I have never in my life seen a a single UA-camr talk about or even have a 3-5 second clip of that anime in a video but he is the literal definition of discipline him and Ippo
Stoked you're into Kenichi as well, brother 🔥 what other characters would you like to see in future? I'm curious to know and hopefully am able to bring them in future as well.
If I had any superpower it would be discipline, the discipline to out work myself and others my dream my goal is to succeed in whatever I may do as you said I was born to reach the stars
You've just earned yourself a new subscriber man! Honestly this was some breathtaking work and you hit every nail on the head. Honestly I was feeling a bit run down in my own content creation journey here lately but this video opened up my eyes. I'm ahead of those who haven't even decided to start and that motivates me to keep going even harder. Would love to talk to you more man! but in the meantime I'll be on the look out for the next video!
Thanks a lot for taking the time and your honest words, brother 🫶🏼 always remember if you just keep putting in the effort, time will take care of itself! There’re great things waiting at the end of the road. Let’s hop on that journey together and see what time brings 🚀
when i become disciplined i will study when i need too, go sleep early, eat a good diet, and exercise with 100% effort. and generally get tasks done early
I always talked about getting into my country's top business school, get a great reference group(environment), learn alot, work, and then start a big business and become filthy rich, for me its this sequemce - this journey. but i never worked hard for it, it's been 10 years and now I'm 26+ and it's getting tough, job, health, family, friends and studying with this. I want to get disciplined and do that MBA, then continue that journey.
Brother, I feel you! But trust me, it’s never too late to get back on track. 26 is still young, and you’ve got time to build the discipline you need. Start by tackling small, consistent goals each day. The journey might feel overwhelming, but breaking it down and taking one step at a time will get you where you want to go. Keep that vision in front of you and make the first move. I hope that helped🙏🏼 All the best for your journey!
Thanks bro, I rlly needed to hear that Im capable of doing anything, I Will become the best version of myself and I want to thank you noq for that, I'll be back later when I reach a few goals. Keep doin this, u are a goat
Bro, you video is really good, i always take the first step, i uninstall every social media but when it comes to doing the real hardwork, i just can't, so with discipline i will try to do it and im absolutely sure i will one day
Thanks so much for your support! Taking that first step is huge, and recognizing where you struggle is the first step toward building discipline. Keep pushing, and remember that progress takes time-you’re on the right track. What’s one small thing you can commit to today to start building that discipline? Would love to hear that :)
I want to work hard do every discipline but first always comes in my mind The place you live determines every thing you will become and will be doing,Marrying and everything else you gonna get in your life I believe what input we ingraine from our environment will be output so I will just say for now that probably I am in the process.
Once i get disciplined, i want to study hard and get into very good college like IITs or NITs and make myself proud that in 18-19 years of life that i have lived, I did achieve something big.
That's a fantastic goal, and your determination to make yourself proud is admirable. Keep focusing on your studies, and remember that every step you take brings you closer to that big achievement. 🔥
I’ve wanted to become a boxing legend for a long time, but always assumed that there would always be another person that’s going to try harder, so I never tried. But now, with my first month of college, I realize that college isn’t for me, and I’m not going to drop out, but I am going to try my hardest to chase my dream.
Brother, realizing what drives you is half the battle 🔥 The fact that you’re ready to go all in now means you’ve got the mindset of a champion. Don’t let the thought of others working harder stop you-show yourself what you’re truly capable of. Go all out for that dream! What’s your next step in chasing that boxing dream?
That would be getting back in shape. Last year after I lost a bunch of weight I got into my first relationship but that didn’t work out. I let myself go and gained like 40 pounds. I’m already a part of a boxing gym and I been on and off for the last few years. I plan on sharing my big steps in my journey here.
Getting back on track after setbacks is part of the journey. The fact that you’re already taking steps to get back to the gym shows your strength, brother 🔥 Just keep punching-both literally and metaphorically-and those small consistent actions will lead to big changes. You’ve got this, and I can’t wait to see your progress!
One like is 5 pushups. I will be better
Did 5
kinda like that, brother! I'd say every 🩵 you get for this is another 10 :)
@@mindflowclub you got it
Do you have sore muscles yet? 🩵😉
push upss
Discipline is freedom, and I want to be free to enjoy life and fulfill my dreams.
You’ve already taken the hardest step by deciding to change💥👊
can you give us an honest update?
on what you mean? :)
Keep pushing, and the clarity you’re seeking will come with time 🙏🏼
@@mindflowclub Yeah, I’m going to try my best. Thanks, man, really appreciate the support!
same
Clearly not.
When I first clicked on this video i was ready for more self help junk, but this is the best video on discipline I have found on the entire internet
Thanks a lot man, your words mean a lot to me 🙏🏼 Glad it was helpful!
I know right, I was also surprised
I thought the same thing bro
You have already taken the first important step in recognizing it. You got this brother!
If it's the "sitting down" kind of forklift, It'll be good to have physical activity apart from work for sure.
What up doe. I lost 100 pounds just with intermittent fasting. 80/20 IF and the gym. Blessings on your journey. 🙏🏾
I want to become the version of myself that's above and beyond every universe of me.
My friend, that’s the kind of mindset that sets you apart! The key is to chase growth relentlessly, one step at a time. Every challenge you overcome builds that next-level version of yourself. Just keep pushing your limits, and you’ll surprise even yourself with how far you can go 🔥
I want to become fit and athletic. I want to make my business thrive. I want to make my family proud
My friend, that’s a powerful vision! Fitness, business, and family all go hand in hand. When you stay consistent in your fitness and business goals, the pride and support from your family will follow. Keep hustling-you’re on the path to something amazing. All the best for you 🩵
You're not alone , be brave and never stop
Discipline is the ultimate form of self love
I want to become a person that I would admire. To be successful and happy with everything I do. To be someone who cares and creates good amongst the chaos in the world. To be me, to be good, to be true.
I want to get school stuff done right away, stay active in sports or gym consistently, keep a hobby/skill up, read a bit everyday, keep going to church, have time for friends and family and sleep earlier and wake up consistently
Props man
I wanna start my boxing journey and see how far I get, along with doing the childhood hobbies I grew up having and making it into something bigger than just a hobby/dream. I wanna be able to spend time with my family comfortably more and help them financially.
i will be an entrepreneur, a modern day philosopher and i will spread my beliefs to the people of this world
The biggest think for me I wanna keep the promises I make to myself, I always say I’m gonna do this or that and never end up doing it that’s why I’m trying to stay in the moment and taking it one day at a time.
I wanna use my discipline to follow God and improve my attractiveness physically and become number one ranked in my state for basketball
I want to be disciplined and
Do my simple regular work on time and make my parents happy and conquer things that are hard to conquer to me .....
Man those broccoli sprouts are really great. 100x stronger than normal broccoli. Gives you insane levels of energy. If you didn’t know now you know. 😂
Haha, now I know, my friend! Broccoli sprouts sound like a game-changer-gotta try them out. Anything that boosts energy and health, I’m all in. Appreciate the tip! 🌱💪
I would love to get my grades up again.
I used to be a top student but now I'm bearly getting passing grades.
My friend, the fact that you care enough to want to bounce back is the first step. Start small-rebuild your study habits bit by bit and don’t let setbacks define you. You were a top student once, you can be that again. Believe in the process! But keep in mind, life is not just about good grades. There's way more to it 🔥
"Let go of your worries, fears and attachments. Focus only on the task at hand. Be fully present in the moment and the rest will follow"
yes 🔥🙏🏼
(10:15) - "When you mentioned the golden light between the eyebrows, my mind felt so peaceful and clear. Thank you for this amazing meditation! 🌟"
I want to show up to work on time, give it my all, be uncomfortable, be willing to ask for help, and do a little better every day. No days off. No retreating to safety of being chronically online.
For me discipline is a key which unlocks the road to my dreams and make my feel worth it
I want to be the shining light for everyone around me.
I want to be the purest version of me possible.
I actually fell in love with your words! Thanks for stopping by and taking the time 🙏🏼 All the best to you!
Thanks a lot for sharing. Your words truly mean a lot to me, brother 🙏🏼 I’m glad this did help!
I will go back to the gym starting tomorrow. I am planning to get in better shape in a 3 month span. I will do it. I know I can.
You absolutely can, brother 💪🏼 I'm there right now as well. Stick to the grind and it will take you to places you never imagined!
Don't just say "3 month plan" turn that stuff into a lifestyle
I want to achieve my goals in life but also I find difficulty in study but I really want to make myself and family proud
Keep going, my friend! Studying is tough, but if you break it down into small, manageable pieces, you’ll get there. You’re already on the path to making yourself and your family proud 🙏🏼
I want to be disciplined to make my every dream come true and I have also made a plan for it but I needed to be disciplined so I clicked on this video
Thank you for reading my comment I was not expecting it
I want to get fit, go into a boxing tournament, and win. I'm trying to work on that goal for my new year's resolution. That's what I want to do
I want to live for 300-400 years in good health to enjoy this time,I feel like one day people will be able to do so. Just don’t know if this will be in my life time.
Incredibly done. Flowed really well. You spoke in a confident, secure, professional manner that makes you sound professionally trained. very deep and insightful. A hell of a lot more people need to listen to this. I am a fan.
I can only agree with that! Looking forward to your next video
I'm an introvert and terrified of public speaking, but I want to teach woodcarving classes.
Same here my friend. I was very introverted as well and hated being in front of people... I took it step by step though and once I started exposing myself to people it soon felt less stressful🙏🏼 Btw I'm uploading a new one later today that might be helpful to you in that regard! Definitely check it out :)
I want to be a successful doctor and improve on my content creation, and at the same time be the best version of myself
I’m genuinely locked in. All I’ve been doing is going to the gym and watching Hajime no ippo.
It builds my mindset , makes me a better human and helps me become successful
It can be extremely hard to do what you don’t want to do all day long (working a job you hate) and then throw more things you don’t like
Doing on top of that .. something that helped me in this arena was doing
My best to look at work from a different perspective .. these days I look at work like a tool that furthers my discipline rather then something that’s holding me back from the disciplined path .. I think of all the unproductive things I could
Be doing instead .. it truly helps.. best of luck guys !!
That’s a solid plan, brother. Discipline is the secret sauce to all those goals. Keep that vision strong, and you’ll see real change in every area.✨
Thanks for sharing, brother! Much appreciated 🙏🏼
I want the discipline to control my finances and start the projects I want
This was my first video in my feed. Let me tell you that it was so good! I love how you distilled discipline into easily digestible parts. GREAT WORK 💪
Happy to hear brother! Appreciate your kind words 🙌🏼
Mine also it was first video in feed
I want to give my dreams all of myself, discipline will help me get there.
Absolutely my friend, stick to it and it will take you places!
@@mindflowclub tbh, i don't know why but it feels unnecessary, and im losing focus by the time it's 5pm, got any advice??
@@pree_bird my friend, it's normal to need a break after a few hours or to switch up the things you're doing. So don't worry if your concentration wanes in the afternoon - it's completely normal. Try to do the most important tasks first, take small breaks here and there and don't forget to eat and exercise in between. And if you maintain this routine throughout the day, treat yourself to a small reward. This has really helped me to stay motivated and focused over a longer period of time. Please let me know if this has helped you too, brother! 🔥
Yes, those reload bonuses can be a lifesaver, especially when you hit a rough patch. Helps to keep playing without breaking the bank
I want to become an architect and design something so great that my name goes down in the books and im remembered for it
I am 15 and I am starting the journey of an entrepreneur.I will achieve my goal of travelling the world and have $50 million in my bank by the time I’m 35.
I want to be discipline and make myself and my parents proud. I want to become that dream version of mine
You’ll get there my friend! You‘re already on a good path ☺️
i believe in you bro
I'm 18 years old and I feel like I haven't really accomplished anything yet so I want to become someone amazing, someone that people can look up to, I want to have a healthy body and a healthy mind, and I want to give my parents a good life.
You’ve got plenty of time, brother. The fact that you’re thinking like this at 18 already puts you ahead of the game. Keep building, step by step, and you’ll become someone not only others look up to, but someone you’ll be proud of. Stay the course! 🔥
I want to be disciplined with my goals and make my parents proud. And also overcome those things that I struggle a lot to solve
Loved your content please make a video on instant gratification and how to overcome that.
Awesome, brother! That's noted, I'll work on that one 💭
I want to become a man that never gives up, come be trusted, and respected
our body is adaptable it just needs time but for getting what i want life gives pain nothing is a blessin u have to earn everything the only currency works here is pain u give pain to ur body it will give u the power the skill u want. even the brain is a part of body it also need some pain to grow . anxiety and depression are not exactly the real pain the real pain is getting out of it . dont depend on others . nomatter how much u hate urself but trust me no one loves u more than urself
You're so right, brother. Growth comes through struggle, and that pain is the price we pay to evolve. It’s like the gym-pain is what builds strength, both mentally and physically. The key is to keep pushing, even when it’s hard. What's one thing you're focusing on right now to keep that momentum going? 💪🏼
Absolutely, the cashback saved me last week. It’s a good feeling to get something back after a loss
To answer your question: I wanna be a master of psychology. Be able to analyze people and give advice and insight effortlessly.
I’m a college student and I want to see how I do when I give it my all in life, unleash my full potential. I still don’t know what I want to do in the future but I want to create one where I can live comfortably and happily with my family.
You will get there brother! No doubt 🙏🏼
Great video. The amazing part of it was that you're speaking to me as a friend while getting coffee and not as a person selling me ideologies
I really appreciate your words bro! That is indeed something I try to implement in my videos. Let me know how you like my next videos 😊
Let me know how you get on 🔥
I will become a man with ambition find my purpose in life and carry my legacy while making everybody (especially my family) proud
No more distraction from now
That’s the mindset, my friend!
Thank you, dude. im struggling with my thesis and college. The affirmation for myself might be that im the guy who will finish his thesis on time
The last time I attempted a word record, my crew met with an accident.
Don't delete this video for any reason. when i break that world record, i'll comeback and will let you know about it and let this video's comment section be our point of contact. i'll let the world know through my victory about how your video helped me. till then 🫡 btw that world record was for longest distance covered non-stop on a bicycle (outdoors). i covered 280kms when my crew met with that accident. i planned to do 1000kms atleast. now i've planned to break something that is of less danger to my crew but still a nightmare. i'll let you know when i break it
This is incredible! I've been riding my MTB for years too and love it... I can totally relate, bro! We have a deal 🔥 All the best!
I listened to this while on the way to the gym. I instantly became a subscriber. Thanks for helping me to open my eyes and give me a short guide how to get back on track. Lately, I felt like I am losing my way to my original goal which is to reach my potential, and your video brought me back to it.
I appreciate your kind words, brother! I'm glad it did help 😊
This reminds me of when I struggled with discipline, but tracking my habits made it easier. Great content!
I really appreciate it 🙏🏼
@@mindflowclub I seriously appreciate your reply back you make some amazing content wishing you all the good vibes in life 🤜🏾🤜🏾🤝🏾

Thank you for your message, I really appreciate you stopping by 🩵
@@mindflowclub thanks
I want to be a therapist while also having a successful music career. I want to be healthy physically, mentally, and financially. I want to have trust in myself again and never hear the advice, "be more confident" again.
My friend, you've got big dreams, and that's powerful. Balance comes from knowing when to push and when to heal. Trust yourself-confidence isn't something you're told to have, it's something you earn by showing up daily. Keep building that foundation, and the rest will follow. 🙏🏼
That’s a great idea! Betting is always more fun with friends around, and those bonuses for referring them seem pretty generous.
Ive already watched this video 3 times. Now i am watching it for the fourth time. I am gonna start to eat better workout more and get rich.
Love your words here! Stay strong my friend 😊
I'm learning so much from your videos! Please keep them coming 🙏🏼💙
This video genuinely helped me, It wasn't just the same as every other self improvement video and I appreciate it.
I'm glad you found this helpful 🙏🏼 Thank you very much for taking the time and letting me know, this truly means a lot!
when i become disciplined i will study when i need too, go sleep early, eat a good diet, and exercise with 100% effort. and generally get tasks done early
Thanks a lot for your support 🙏🏼
I will become lean, mascular, create a fortune in business, get good grades and become a great footballer
Haan yaar 4RA ke welcome bonus ne toh pehli baar me hi maza de diya tha, bohot badiya
Very simple affirmation for the beginners - I LOVE MY SELF.
There's so much truth in this! Everything starts with this 🙏🏼 Thanks for sharing my friend!
Doing amazing man,,loved your content,,keep it real and authentic,,you will gonna boom up soon🤝🥃
Thanks a lot for your kind words, brother🫶🏼 Let's rock this together!
My goals rn are to improve academically, learn japanese (I wanna study in Tokyo University) and bulk.
