I've started having 'phone-free' hours during the day to avoid distractions. I usually put my phone on silent or even in another room. If there is something urgent or my family needs to call me, they can still do so because their calls will still go through. In the last two months ive been working on instant gratification, as I have stopped smoking, stopped porn, stopped eating processed sugars and sodas. Over the last two weeks ive lost some motivation from having a cold, made exuses about not exercising, and why it was okay for me to return to my old bad habits. I look forward to checking out your other videos.

Man I want to start, but I keep repeating on cycle. I know I can start, I want to start, I need to change for the better, for the future, but I keep making excuse to not do things. It keep going like this for a year or more. I don't know. I just want to start for the betterment of myself.
