Thanks for another great video. It was interesting and informative and entertaining. Guess I better say hello first. I am an 81 year old former farmer but left the farm during the land crisis. Went on to serve the Air Force for 26 years, had a great career. Now I watch farming related videos because of my background. Ran across you folks on Facebook and loved your content so got you on the UA-cam channel now. More about me later, just wanted to say hello so to speak. Having had pigs myself years ago, you and dad are master sorters. Wow, you both are great at it. My compliments to both of you. Looking forward to your loading the trucks Monday early morning. Am sure you both will teach me how you operate. Super interesting setup you have. I assume the buildings and equipment is yours and some company rents your place per say. The pigs and feed belongs to the company. If I have it wrong let me know. Nice to meet you both. Planting time coming up on you. Looking forward to watching you. You both take care and be safe. Thanks for everything. The Iowa farm boy. Steve.
Oh you guys are so amazing , nice operation you have there and you treat your pigs really good ❤love your channel so interesting and you guys work so hard and keep it running smoothly…..looking forward to more videos
I just wanted to report back to you guys.🐷 Mr Farmer Grade Your pigs listened to their final command to go and make good bacon, in my case 2 lbs. of Italian and 1 lb. of breakfast sausage on the Blackstone griddle, and good eats, Lookin forward to having more today🐷 btim sw pa
out of the 1500 pigs or whatever you get in as baby pigs, how many die during their stay at your farm? @12:00 there was one pig with a HUGE growth on its side. Does that also cause it to be a cull pig?
Just spent the day helping with a 4H/FFA market livestock show. Always a great time with the best kids you can meet, but hogs are still hogs. Groups of 8 max, and that's about all I want to deal with. Since there's kids around, I can't use as colorful metaphors as y'all can, though I am tempted.🤬😯 Great video, and you make it look easy!👍👍
A lot of people don't know that if you take your time when moving pigs, the slower you go the better the pigs will move, and once a pig gets by you it will try to do it all the time.
Worked on a 3000 head hog farm when younger. Did my fair share of sorting and marking and loading trucks before going to school for the day. Fun times.
I find myself wanting to do like a Nintendo remote on this video. Trying to control your hands holding the board. Could make a game on your cellphone like angry birds. But call it angry pigs lol. 🐷
Great video. Next time you sort pigs, maybe reach out to fellow youtuber cleetus mcfarland. I bet him and his guys would love to do it. Plus anything with an engine gets him excited, for after sorting content. I'm just a viewer, not part of anything.
Blue Mark will go to sausage probably at Walmart 😂😂😂😂 everyone eating ruptured nut sausage 😂😂 which is all the More reason to buy straight from farmers if they won't eat it there not going to sell it for you to eat 😊😊😊
I would rather have free range animal, but there's not enough land to provide the need, the cost is extremely high to produce for the demand.Plus where will all the gen z r's live.
As long as they get feed they don't care. I had to force all my goats out of the barn into the pasture today to clean the pens. Looked alot like this lol
Thanks for another great video.

You guys should film the cleaning crew pressure washing rooms. And the manure pit cleaning
Nice video guys. Hope you have a great harvest this year !!!
Great job guys .. and absolutely another beautiful sharing adventure and a million thanks again ..
Sorting pigs. Watched it 100 of times on your channel ....but it never gets old.
Indeed.
Nicely done!!! You both are very calm and never abusive. Choice words are ok 🙃🙃🤭😁

Great video Tork and Sawyer
I miss working with pigs. Love your videos
I love watching the sorting. It’s never the same. Record more of it.
Great job sorting pigs guys

I’m glad you know what you’re doing because I’m lost!
The bane of every finisher. Getting belly or ball ruptures, and ridgelings.
Moving pigs is difficult.Thank you for your hard work🐷
Excellent video.
Best of luck to you on all your endeavors.
I helped out my dad’s neighbor move 6 pigs 150 yards to a new pen and it took 4 hours…. That many pigs would be a nightmare
Great piece. Thanks.
That was the best first 10 seconds of any video y’all have ever made 😂
How it works with the keppers what you use for your meat sale , is it an agreement with the company you raise the pigs ?
Play Led Zeppelin and everything goes smooth as butter ,keep them coming greetings from a Dutch dairyfarmer
I have help do this a long time ago. Very interesting the way you two work together.
So do the culls go to a separate auction or someplace else?
What an operation!
That was a good video enjoyed it.
I also raise pigs, I love them. I will soon post a video of my pig farm
Oh what kind of animal farm are you running, I hope if it's birds, I like that animal
@@jonbeat789 I raise black pigs, chickens, geese, dogs and cats. I also like birds but I don't want to cage them
@@lilydancing Oh, it seems like you really love animals?
I like bacon, porkbuts, and ribs thanks for all u do
I can't get enough of that... Getting hungry I guess.
I would love to get the chance to move some pigs with u guys once. Haven't moved pigs since the early 90s when I was in school
Oooo AC/DC, one of my favorites.

I like your videos
😂 I’ll hear some Pantera and put a rainbow of color in every truck load… yup! classic music or jazz should be the way..

I really wish more operations actually sorted there markets. Makes loading triple deck so much nicer
Just wondering how your manure sample came back and if the turning liquid manure into dry is still the plan?
How many pigs do you have when your barns are full?
Like the colorful metafors already, just 10 seconds in ,😂
I find myself wanting to do like a Nintendo remote on this video. Trying to control your hands holding the board. Could make a game on your cellphone like angry birds. But call it angry pigs lol. 🐷
Presort barns are the BEST
What I don't understand is why isn't the floor extra dungy poopy??
Can you show us how to make the pig feed?
QUESTION......Do you like your JD Track Loader ? JimInCincy.....
Probably a dumb question but how often do you guys get new piglets?
who grades and marks the pigs?
Is there any evidence of environmental violations occurring at the processing factory?
🤣what you a dei or something agent
Do you guys buy and sell your own hogs or do you have contracts?
Rarely does an actual pig farmer not do contracts (1200s and under don't count)
@@fox4534 You're right, contracts can be signed from the beginning of farming until harvest and transportation to the factory
Ur dad seems like a cool oldschool guy. Not going to elaborate but AC/DC says it for me......
Crow bar from Sears and Roebuck
Longer video please....

Coffee & Bacon!

👍👍
Man I do outdoor fats and this looks so much easier
Sing and jam away!!
Bunch of letty's and angelas but names don't matter when it comes to soul food
👍👍👍👍 👍👍👍👍👍👍
😂😂😂 I hauled those bastards for a decade..
I can see why so many good offensive linemen come from farming families, growing up blocking big ass pigs trains ya
Explain the "Secondary Market" compared to the primary market.
I realize the rupture pig are not ideal.
That's dog food instead of people
@@fox4534 Why do you claim it's dog food, when the video is about pigs?
How's all this happening? Intensified pork products. 😂😂
i know the vegans are punching the wall now lolz
Ain’t that 40# too big? Eat cheap. Thank you.
😊
Not sure why people would want to eat an animal who’s been regulated to small pens their whole life. Pasture raised meat any day of the week
😂😂😂😂 not a chance

Those poor creatures
Wow that's such an unnatural life for them.
Such a shame that they don't even get a basic life outdoors before being sold off, slaughtered and eaten.
this is gross operation; you are not a farm; you are a factory
Moronic take.
Go vegan!
I know it would be a big mess and hassle and costly… but imagine them on some comfy straw snuggled up to each other buried in it 🥺🫶🏼❤️🔥
