    I will translate them in Spanish in case if anyone wants to do it too. En español aquí está la traducción después del signo igual = :
    Marigold or Calendula = Calendula
    Yarrow = Milenrama, perejil bravío o flor de la pluma
    Mugwort = Artemisa vulgaris o hierba de san juan
    Lavender = Lavanda
    Motherwort or Leonurus cardiaca = agripalma cola de leon oreja de León
    Rosmary = romero
    Red rasperry leave = Hoja de frambuesa
    Marshmallow root= raíz de Malvavisco

    I have a large 13cm ovarian cyst. Bigger than a grapefruit. Of course the doc is wanting to do surgery in less than a month. I'm trying to take matters into my own hands and prevent that major surgery. Doc says he's never seen one that large shrink on their own. But I know people have healed their terminal cancer, so why can't I heal my benign tumor? My monthly is regular every 28 days. I'm 45 but not menopausal. This type of cyst/tumor isn't effected by the menses process. I've got to get this thing taken care of asap! It's also compressing my bladder but I'm urinating ok. I'm needing to do a multi level approach. I already limit my carbs, sugar, gluten, red meat and pork, and processed foods. Also gave up diet sodas. But I'm about to go dairy and soy free, too. Also, starting healing affirmations, sleep hypnosis videos, sound frequency, etc., to deal with the energy and spiritual parts. So now I'm looking at holistic herbs for the womb area so I can physically purge and heal. Which led me here lol. Fertility isn't a concern with me. I need herbs for purging this large tumor/cyst that stems from my left ovary, but is actually now located midline over my bladder. They didn't check my uterus, so not sure if I have uterine fibroids or not. I actually did, several years ago in the early 2000's. But I had them removed in a medical procedure. I was told there's always a possibility of new growth. So that may also be an existing issue, I just don't have it confirmed with testing. The doc wants to remove EVERYTHING just cause I'm 45 and it's convenient. The U.S. performs 80% unnecessary hysterectomies on women yearly. According to some recent studies. My state (MS) is in the top 3 states for doing unnecessary hysterectomies. I definitely believe it after receiving my recommendation. The risks associated with removing ALL my internal female parts is much higher than if I just get the cystectomy along with probably taking my left ovary due to it possibly being too damaged. It's like getting your left arm amputated because it's beyond saving, but they go ahead and take your right arm too, because you just might have a problem with it in a couple of years. Sounds completely ridiculous but that's basically what they're doing. Taking women's organs out of convenience. I found all this out after my GYN appt. It wasn't because he volunteered any info. Women are done so wrongly. Imagine if men were treated in the same manner. They go in with some scrotum pain and 8 out of 10 times, the treatment is to take both their balls. Healthcare would change then! But women.. dismissed and mistreated. Sorry, I went on a bit of a tangent there.. back to me trying to heal myself... In my situation, which ones would you recommend specifically?

    • @SpiraeaHerbs
      @SpiraeaHerbs  2 роки тому

      It sounds like you are taking some amazing steps towards a healing journey. I agree that the allopathic model tends to be invasive and the removal of organs as opposed to healing. This can be very frustrating for sure when what you want is true healing. Your analogy of the arm is very true indeed.
      I am unable to recommend herbs outside of clinic due to Health Canada regulations. Also as a practitioner I am obligated to do my due diligence and ensure I have all the details on record. My suggestion would be to try and find a local herbalist who can guide and help you. Being you are in the US, it would be much more convenient and cost effective to find someone local who can help guide you. You have amazing access to healers and practitioners out there which is lovely! Lots of great herbalists south of the border. Best of luck on your healing journey.

      Rose petals and nettle would be quite lovely. I would just be careful with sage. It is a powerful stimulating emmenagogue and long term use could really influence your cycle. Plus it's one of the most powerful anticatarrhal herbs that I know of! It would be VERY drying. Just my thoughts of course!

    • @SpiraeaHerbs
      @SpiraeaHerbs  3 роки тому +6

      Ah yes this is a wonderful question! There is a belief in most herbal medicine modalities (especially TCM) that cold feet translates to a cold uterus (and kidneys and bladder as well). So while we do womb work, keeping the feet warm and therefore that channel of energy warm ~ we increase the effectiveness of the steam.

    Your Video is very educational and is structured very well but I have one question why do you continue to pronounce the H in herbs? Because the H is silent…….. your pronunciation of all the other herbs is Key on point but with me being a early literacy instructor I just wanted to mention it. I don’t mean any disrespect whatsoever.

    • @SpiraeaHerbs
      @SpiraeaHerbs  Рік тому

      This is a question I get frequently, and I pronounce the H in herbs because the United States is the only country in which it is silent (as is my understanding). Canada is apart of the British commonwealth and in those countries the H in herbs is very much pronounced. This would include all of Britain, New Zealand, Australia and of course Canada. I hope that answers your question.

    • @SpiraeaHerbs

      The exact mechanisms are not something I could adequately explain I don't think. It's not really a "science" thing more than the spirit of the plant agreeing to help with this work. Mugwort has direct ties to working with spirit and our ancestors and it is through that way that the plant can help. Hopefully that answer makes sense.

    • @SpiraeaHerbs

      I would never add essential oils to a steam blend personally. It has more to do with the strength of essential oils and the sensitive nature of the tissues than the bowl that you are using. There is far too much risk of burns and irritation. I would just use herbs :)

      My apologies for the delay in my response. I thought YT gave me notifications for all my comments and they do not. I am trying to get caught up tonight.
      Vaginal tissue is very sensitive (as it is a mucus membrane). It would be susceptible to burning and quite frankly unnecessary when you have good quality herbs.

    • @SpiraeaHerbs
      @SpiraeaHerbs  3 роки тому

      That is a great question. The current consensus is that the herbs used could cause excessive bleeding in some women. The suggestion is to steam just prior to the arrival of your period to help with symptoms like cramping, clotting etc. I hope that helps!

    What it you have no period.

    • @SpiraeaHerbs
      @SpiraeaHerbs  3 роки тому

      That greatly depends on why you have no period. Whether it is due to menopause or amenorrhea would greatly change which herbs you would use. Canadian Health regulations prevent me from diagnosing or providing any specific guidance to folks who are not my clients, but that would be my first line of thinking. From there you would explore herbs that are specific to your situation!

    • @SpiraeaHerbs
      @SpiraeaHerbs  3 роки тому +1

      It's definitely possible. Legally I cannot diagnose anything, however I can direct you towards areas of research. It's possible you are releasing toxins and /or emotions and traumas held. There are strong energies held in the uterus area as well, so it's possible you could be experiencing an energetic release of some kind. Without knowing your medical background and history it's hard to day for sure. However, this should guide you on what to research further.
      I would definitely hold off from doing another and perhaps work with a health practitioner to determine if this is the right therapy for you. Or if you are very connected your body you can check in with yourself to see if this feels like a good healing process or not.
      I hope this helps in some way 🙏

    • @SpiraeaHerbs
      @SpiraeaHerbs  Рік тому

      Some essential oils are made from steam distillation which is not the same process as we are talking about here in this video. While trace amounts of essentials oils may be released during the yoni steaming process, that is nothing compared to the extremely strong concentrations your delicate skin and mucus membranes would be exposed too if you were to use straight essential oils. I hope that helps explain the difference.
