I find staring at the flame of a candle or camp fire is helpful. I use this concept in meditation, closing my eyes and fixing my internal gaze on the area between my eyebrows. This internal stare, like the camp fire stare inhibits rumination. Ever ask someone who us staring at a campfire what they are thinking about? they always say nothing. This is because when you stop blinking you cannot ruminate. Something I use to stop my overthinking.
Hi Trina, tq for sharing these tips👍💝 Trina what is ur response on this: When an infj is kind to others (talking bout workplace), people will take advantage and take infj for granted, however when an infj realises this, can see clearly that those are afraid if infj outwork them
Yes, I've experienced this. It's interesting because many people find INFJs intimidating. The last thing we ever want to do is intimidate others. It's something out of our control because those who are intimidated by us are able to see our potential, and it makes them uncomfortable. And when people are uncomfortable, it's just natural human behavior to stomp on what is making them uncomfortable.

What is the genetic test?
Thanks!
I can't remember which one I was talking about, 🤔😂, but I think it was the Clifton Strengths Assessment when I went on that tangent.
