    Phil, Thank you for putting this video together! I am a Sales Manager of a big Sales Company and I plan on using this for my sales meetings for weeks to come. I plan on opening my sales meeting with this video every week, even if the reps have seen this 100 times. I understand repetition is key when trying to learn and them watching this video over and over could only benefit them.     Great advice Phil, heard something similar a LONG time ago, wearing a different hat, will let you know how I get on! PS Much prefer this setting for your video than behind the desk with books on show (even though I love the orange laptop cover!!)

    Opening with a negative sentence is terrible actually, "YOU WOULDN'T HAPPEN TO KNOW" The answer might just be NO I WOULDN'T. Better to ask ,could you simply refer or introduce me to one person, family, company, etc I started using this asking for a favour system in the 70's and have been ever since.
