OMG, I love how you discusse listening to the patients desires and fears - I know so well this situation, when I timidly try to let specialist know what I don't want, but I just can't get through.. such a simple and accurate advise, as Mrs Pearce confirmed :D.
Thanks for the feedback William. Let me talk to Tim about how we can achieve this. It's a bit tricky because we film in our shed (!) due to Covid, but we are slowly going back to the clinic, so hope to bring more injection content as the weeks go on. However, we're unlikely to do to pure instructional injection videos on UA-cam going forward. You can check out Tim's e-learning suite if you'd like those: drtimpearce.com/courses/ Thanks again for the feedback.
Is there any live demonstration where Dr Tim is using Julie horne technique, because I saw in one of the videos where there was a few seconds clip of that
I am learning a lot from your mini lectures. i do agree with other people about doing some demonstrations of these techniques on UA-cam, though I don't think you will :( its so hard to get some training in this field.
Thanks Natt. We'll look to do some more videos about techniques. We're unlikely to do pure instructional injection videos on UA-cam though. You can check out Tim's Lip Masters e-learning if you'd like more training: drtimpearce.com/courses/advanced-lip-augmentation-restoration-course/ Thanks again for the feedback.
Invaluable information as usual Dr Tim! Thank you both for a brilliant video! My eyes lit up when I saw this topic for today’s video! Took a lot of great tips to take forward. Saving up for your E-Learning course! 🙌🏻🙌🏻
when clients are still trying to have a consultation on the bed and trying to explain when leaned back it is because the injector is trying to deter the patient from getting a treatment the injector is not comfortable doing and the injector is trying to convince the patient to get what the injector is comfortable doing and so the patient is still trying to ask if what the injector was explaining is doing to achieve the clients goals., There are some places the injectors do not even talk about the product with the client they just do what they want and the patient does not even have an idea what is in his or her face .
I used Juvederm Vollure on a 30 year old female lips and it was gone after 3 months. I used one syringe then had her wait for one month and did second syringe. 2 syringes = 3 months later product was gone.
I have many patients that complained that “ after getting lip filler, it goes away so fast” I have explained to them that one syringe of filler is like an amount of a pea that is spread out through the lips, and that if they like the swollen lips it simply means that they would need more filler. Then the next question is how many syringes on average for a 50-60 year olds lips to actually reflect a good amount of volume has been achieved natural look, applying too much fillers to cause a pressure occlusion. 3-4?
Hi there. Dr Tim isn’t currently treating patients but we would welcome you very much to our clinic based in Manchester UK, where medical practitioners that have been taught by Dr Tim are doing these procedures. You can find more information here. www.skinviva.com/?amp Kind regards Mary. Clinical advisor for Dr Tim.
Sorry to say but that's a disappointing video. Half an hour of lots of talking but very little substance. Managing patient expectations is something any clinician should already know.

I'm glad you feel that way- it's definitely not the case though. We survey our audience to see what they struggle with, and managing expectations is quite high on the list.

how much is one syringe? im getting 1ml Russian technique done but i feel like its too much
There isn’t a link for the download 😫
The link is in the description Debbra under the video. Click more..
Good general info but just a bunch of lovely theory without talking about the techniques themselves - as usual on dr.Tims channel😉
I understand you want an instructional video, but that's not as important as the reasoning beneath.
Dr Tim, do you actually do lip fillers, if so where are you based

the wig on tim killed me haha

I know a few "aesthetics practitioners" who would benefit from seeing this..too many fastbuck butchers.
Yes, I'm afraid there are some less-than-scrupulous practitioners out there. Thankfully not too many.
I get a vibe that you may have a degree around the social sciences.
I agree to much talking no videos at all bored now sorry
