    Is there a reason why you make him lie down like that (feet on the wall and lying down on the floor) when doing the breathwork?

      Allows his spine to stay neutral and helps to breath through diaphragm

      @@GhaimiNacer1982 He’s most likely asking the volume of your workouts. As in how many sets, reps and how long are your training sessions. You could be doing too much and your body isn’t recovering well enough.
