This is perfect. I usually use the hip or knee videos as a warm up before my longer runs. Great content as always!
I opt for more dynamic and activating exercises in the warm ups - that might be more helpful vs. deep joint work before a long run as it can potentially decrease performance!

I've been using one of your older runing warm up, can you explain if there's a significant difference between them? I mean, is any of them better for a different type of run or it doesn't matter and it's simply for diversion.
