I’ve tried a few of your mobility routine and I have to see THIS one felt the greatest BY FAR!!! It was easier for my (not so mobile body) to do and i felt a boost of energy right before the end. Think I’ll stick to this one for a week and eventually move to something different. Thank you!🤗♥️

I was groaning along to some of these, not out of pain but just sheer relief and my poor cat thought I was expiring😿😿 these are so great. I was telling a friend that last year, because I used to fall a lot and did a lot of jumping cardio, I ended up needing a cane for a few months. Since I've started strength training and added mobility training, I've fallen a lot less and when I do, my body deals with the impacts far better than before. Thanks so much for your videos.
I did it again today. End of your video says, "HAVE THE BEST DAY", you know what darling, I have started enjoying a BEST DAY after completing this session.😊

I use 3 of your 10 min morning mobility workouts as a warm up for calisthenics I started in January. Its such a great way to start my workouts. Both my knees were a mess last June and through these mobility exercises I can do your deep squat exercises without screaming or falling over (occassionally). Thank you. Xx

Hey Jordyn 👋🏼 Feel free to check out the slower-paced routines on the channel (check the title). Sometimes we need some modification to progress or have to adjust for some exercises entirely. I personally also struggle with my knee joints so I feel you! 🙃

I would suggest starting out with the „slow flow“ routines as they‘re tailored to be more beginner-friendly and provide modifications. ☺️🙏🏼
