I’m not a runner but I did it as a low body mobility so I tried it and loved it. Did a full body workout today and my legs were sore and this hit all the sore spots just perfectly to help relax. Music was catchy so I was dancing 💃🏻 Thank you Julia. 👏 Always amazing.
I’m personally not warmed enough after this. But these are very good exercices combination that I will do again and just add 3-4 more exercices (like legs swings, calf raises stuff, and a bit more lunge)! Thanks for the ideas😁🏃♀️
