      Hi, I'm not Emma, but I can help. I hope she doesn't mind!
      1. Is correct if you think Emma is a nice teacher.
      2. gives a different emphasis - on 'really'. It sounds like you didn't think she was a nice teacher before, but now you do! So although they are both correct, you would use 1. in this case! Hope that helps.

      You can say:
      You are a really good teacher
      OR
      You are THE best teacher I have ever seen - you need to use a superlative adjective with ".... (something)I have ever seen."

      We can't use 's if the noun is inanimate. So we use of in inanimate noun

    BTW: I've learned a nice phrasal verb from a native speaker. She used to say something is "well good", especially regarding food. Do you know this?

    Hello Emma, I've just discovered your videos. I love how clearly you explain things and will be recommending your channel to my students. However, you gloss over the question of whether one should answer "I'm well" or "I'm good" when asked the question "How are you? Do you have an simple explanation because I haven't found one that is satisfactory or easy enough for my students to understand? Thanks for your help and keep up the great work!
