Cempadak vs Jackfruit : how to curing jackfruit

Tropical fruits are so many and some of them look similar as same as Cempadak and jackfruit that many people think they are the same fruit but they're not.
This video show the difference of these 2 and add a local knowledge if jackfruit isn't ripe when you cut it, how can we curing fruit to ripe in a few days.
They are many more fruits that look the same but not the same fruits, will be come out later when I can find them together at the same time.
