I once was a big fan of Xperia Smartphones, but for a few years now, Sony has been lagging more and more behind the general industry standards. Only a 128 GB version? Only 60 Hz? Only Wifi 5? An already two years old SoC? And only 3 + 4 years of updates? That's just horrible! What's the point of a long battery life if the phone is simply outdated in everything else right from the start?

at least 90hz... Want to change my iPhone 13 Pro. Bored from iPhone. I want to give Sony a chance again after Z3 compact. Was impressed by the low Sar value on the previsous model. This could be a reason to change.
Buy last year's flagship, 4k display, or buy pro phone from last year.

I'm glad Sony kept the aspect ratio of 21:9 which make the Xperia 10 VI quite slim & unique. But I still dream of a new Xperia Compact with flagship performance in a even smaller formfactor.
The only thing I want about this phone is two back camera for simplicity and the xperia branding, other than that I am happier with my redmi note 13 5G. Can’t even consider this because I believe you will put this at price compete with mi 13T or Samsung a55. I am really happy if xperia come with low budget phone even if it a bit lower spec than the competitor I would still prefer this as ex owner of xperia, but this is just wasting every resource you have
5.8" with standard 19.5:9 ratio would be great!

The 60Hz panel is an absolute embarrassment.
The iPhone SE is 60Hz and is much more expensive. For a £350 budget phone it doesn't seem to bad
this is a midrange device
So many people want Japanese smartphones in India but I dont know what brands like you and Sharp are doing?

Im actually very dissatisfied with this new phone. Its only got a 60hz refresh rate which is very tasteless for being 2024. Not to mention they are only using the snapdragon 6 gen 1 and they have also removed the rear telephoto. Ill have to slide over away from sony this year and go with the samsung A35 for around the same price and a much better setup.
