in the hands of a professional, the photo and video capabilities of Sony are revealed. respect
Oh my God, the cameras’ quality are amazing. Sony never disappoints.
Ok. Wow, the macro shot of the eye was stunning! Great job brother.
Legend thank you brother!
Other even older smartphones were doing shots like this. How the heck anybody can flex with macro shot mode in 2024 😅
What a camera! Its brilliant how they've condensed all the camera features into one app now, making it more usable. Sony is definitely going in the right direction with this phone.
The eye shot was on another level
Great phone
6:40
What I'm most amazed about is the Bokeh mode, used to be only on the 48mm now with it available on both it and the 85-170 telephoto is amazing man, how the heck can it just make the fall off so natural, like a pocketable full frame.
Stunning video with Xperia 1MVI as always. Big love from Malaysia...
Legend thank you so much!
I am sold. Can't wait to get my hands on. Thank you for sharing the lovely content!.
Man, I love you and I love the work that you do. I enjoyed every second of this video. Your shots were amazing and I really benefited once again. I love you, your follower from Iraq. ❤
Great stuff man!
Legend thank you mate!!
Could you please upload the photos that you have taken in full quality to google drive so we can preview them
Nice . I just finished watching u on sony xperia 1 vi announcement 😂
Ayyy legend, thank you for tuning in!
Man! You make it look very very easy shooting these photos but, people that ain't easy! Great shots! And thanks for sharing photography ideas! Great phone, watching from my Xperia 5 iii.
The camera details are insane :0
Interesting to see you use a tripod. I use Gizto self levelling head and a Sony GP-VPT2BT Commander with my Xperia 1 mark 4 . About to order Vl , great video, thanks.
Putting the phone through its paces! sick video mate
Superb device quality + photographer skills. Just amazing.
Yes bro!! Quality video. 🔥🔥
all of these pics shown are post processed so dont think that they are what you will get straight off
Thank you very much. Great phone, great camera , great photographer and, at last but not least ,- beautiful model😍👍✨
It would have been interesting to see the same photo with and without the boke effect, for all lenses
Yes bro!!! ❤🔥
LETS GO OSCAR - such a good video and you're so great at explaining the features while showcasing the results!!
3:52 wish you take lower angel in with wider lens and include the ladder in the frame quit blurry, that scratch prolly work good as a leading line i guess.
They've upgraded the macro, and in the next line, I'm sure they'll upgrade the zoom as well.
*Very interesting phone indeed!* 🤳🏻
We love you. Your amazing. Your work is next level. You have inspired me to buy this phone. Thank you for everything you do
Came for the phone, stayed for Astrid.😝
She is GORGEOUS 😍
Lovely stuff man.
Big up, thank you!
Wow it was really amazing, the long exposure can be done by handheld!
Excellent Video with some fantastic shots!
What A Phone Camera is next level on this Bang on🔥
Are you editing photos or it’s just straight out of camera?
a photographer is always editing his photos dont expect such photos straight out of camera not even with other phones ai processing methodes
Is that a true continuous zoom from 85-170mm?
Very nice and shows off the ability of you and the camera phone
Stunning photography review, but I hope you take more samples of portrait photos with foreground bokeh, not only background bokeh, I want to know if the bokeh produced is as smooth as the sony mirrorless camera
your colour grading is on point ✌✌
Epic review dude 🔥🔥🔥💫
I do a 1 second handheld long exposure with my Canon G7Xmk3 and it's perfectly sharp. So nothing to write home about with a 1/8" exp with a smartphone ;)
Cool, I've been using 1 IV since release day and I just pre-ordered 1 VI Khaki with free WH-1000XH5! Can't wait to test it, delivery in first half of June 🫣
I can not wait to get my! Thank you for the perfect video!
I'm subscribe you just because of your nice and clear photographs
It would be great if you mentioned if you did a development of the photos in Lightroom and applied your presets. Or they are photos that came directly from the cell phone with some preset pre-established on the cell phone.
Nice vidéo !! Where is the location with the view on the shard ?
great smartphone, great reviewer
Some of those photos look amazing
thank you impressive
best person for the best camera❤
Beautiful photos ❤ first time on your channel maybe I should try a sony phone again 😊 my last sony phone was a sony Ericsson w880i 😉
bro, the shots are really taken with the Xperia? wow
crazyyyy; great work bro :)
Gorgeous model u have
This video made me buy this Xperia. Thanks
Nice shots. Enjoyed watching the video.
the camera used to vlog this video is one component factor to consider as part of the still quality images shown on here. what if the video was taken with a low resolution video camera, will it still have the same image quality as displayed in this video? were those images shown in this video edited? therefore, the photos taken by the Sony Xperia 1VI are questionable at best.
Wow nice review bro, i have one question, did you do color grading to the picture or it is the original color from the phone? If that is the original color from the phone, damn the phone is overwhelming good
I'm wondering the same but I'm pretty sure they re load of post editing. (If there wasn't any he would actually state it at some point in the video)
Thanks for rubbing it in. I can't get one. Good video btw
I wanna iPhone 15 pro max vs sony mark 6 camera test
i honestly hope they still continue the 5 series as i don't particularly wanna spend £1299 on a phone but also don't feel confident with owning a 10 series
WOW 👑SONY GOD FOREVER ✌️ 🥇👑
Thank you for making this review! I'm a keen Sony (fullframe) camera lover and am thinking to switch from Samsung (S23 plus) to the Sony Xperia 1 VI | Pro. Am I right that you have post processed the pictures you made by using Lightroom, or are the pictures straight out of the camera? Greetings from Alexander
is there any way you can share the RAW pictures?
Are the final photos retouched in post-production? And is this a sponsored video by Sony that sent the phone to you?
Would this be the best phone for concerts? Im deciding between the honor magic 6 pro, pixel 8 pro or this
Great video - question: Sony Xperia 1 VI or Pixel 9 pro?? Thx
Have those pictures been corrected/graded or are they straight out of device?
corrected
@@torquechop2173 then how is this a device test?
Pictures are heavily post-process and post sharpen. Not straight out of camera.
@@1vbAPiYk It can still be a device test with edited photos. For a camera with its main selling point being geared towards photographers I want to see what its dynamic range is like and how it handles pushing and pulling in RAW imaging format but nobody talks about that. And these edits just look very instagramish
are those shots straight from camera or there have been some editing?
I've also been thinking the same thing, and it seems to me like processed Lightroom images..
Ofcourse, it's all been edited using lighroom with some good presets, plus he's a photographer, so yaa, the shots will be even better.
a real innovation
As Pixel and Iphone user, i think Sony makes me curious how good this phone is. And thanks for the review, makes me "galau" in high level.......should i wait for Pixel 9 Pro (in compact body) or to buy this Xperia 1 VI ? both aren't official in my country. which is so expensive compare to other official phone here. But before that, can you make a comparison video of SX 1 V vs SX 1 VI ? thank you so much. Good luck !!!
Does Sony have a "shutter grip" that works with this camera?
4k 120 fps video is a game changer. If you could add some videos with this review it would be appreciated 😊
Had that on the 1V
@@danielhogston yeah i would expect that
juat love thee chill vidoes
How much did you edit the fotos? Would've been nice to see the unedited pics too.
compare to other reviews, you use the phone really well...unlike those dumb reviewers who complain about the zoom lens being blurry etc,
Fantastic video and you covered literally everything. Mine arrives tomorrow and I can’t wait to get snapping and use your tips! 👍
Please help us here.....recent updates on my 1 v has updated the algorithm on auto shooting...however I was trying the macro lense photography after the update I found some improvements on 3.5 close in photography in macro mode. Have you found the latest updates from Sony have enhanced the camera set up on the 1 5 ?
my personal Quest.. do you prefer Sony Xperia or Samsung s24 ultra.. Give your true suggestion.
I am stuck here on the same decision 😢😢
😮 wow! Okay so will this thing work in the US on Verizon 5G?
I primarily use RAW format when taking pictures, especially with the Samsung Fold 4 in Pro mode. However, despite using RAW format, I can't achieve better editing results without a special app called Expert RAW for Samsung, which provides a superior RAW format. I'm curious if you take photos in RAW format and edit them. I'm looking for a phone camera suitable for someone who enjoys editing in RAW format. Thanks.
I'm planning on getting a proper dslr camera but this phone caught my attention. I currently take photos on my Huawei P40 Pro and have always photographed on a phone. So which would be better to get the Sony 1 VI or used 1400€ dslr or mirrorless camera(including a "normal " lens 24mm to 50mm and a zoom lens)?
It depends on what you want. If you want 100% quality and detail then get something like Canon RP + lenses. If you don't want to carry backpack then go with a phone. You have all the options in the 1 VI and from the photos I've seen so far it's a very good choice.
Can You please Keep all the photos In the discription So that we Can Also keep in our wall paper or something im also sony fan's
You have made a very good video 📸
Bring back Photo Pro, Video Pro and Cinema Pro. These are the world's best mobile photography and video apps. Leave the new simplified standard camera app with a mediocre interface for new users, but let us stay with the apps like in professional cameras.
Crazy! The price tag is not far from a A6700 or even a A7C! 😳
Its probably because of that Zeiss glass.
You took great photos with it, unfortunately I can't have a device like that, Sony left South America.
Is face unlock quick on the Mark VI ?
14:40 Nice!!!
this Girl is beter than Sony xperia
I'm waiting for Xperia 5 VI
does it have a voice command shutter in camera finally?
Can you adjust the bokeh after you take the shot?
The photos you are showing is the same photo you have taken without any edits?
Dont think so
Photos were edited with your Lightroom presets, wasn't it? How to get those presets?
May I ask is it the best camera phone If not consider chinese brand?
Glass is indeed a pane to shoot through 😏
Hi, what about the video spec?? Maybe I'm wrong but it did't seem that you tried the video capbility of the phone ?? Because I'm searching a phone to make some videos for my ytb Channel so yeah thank !!😅
Yesus, ISO64 in Night. Holy Fuck this Phones are to good.
Sony xperia is always best.... But please do work on Dynamic range camera... When you click sun in day the dynamic range is zero....
I have had 3 Sony including Xperia 1 iii. I bought them for their minijack and SD-card slot. Build quality i fine as well. Everything else is utterly crap. Point and shoot in auto is SOOO bad. And compared to sensors sizes in Sony cameras - it is so poor. Low light capability is really poor. What I have concluded: Buy a phone that does not try to be a old fashioned camera with build in ability to make a call.
Reception is really poor as well. Dont buy! Sony: put in some decent automatic functions in it - a decent screen as well - then I will be back.
Are the photos that are shown edited or raw shots?
