If the NFL was a 30 team league in 1999, the Jags very well may have won the Super Bowl. They ran a defense similar to New England's (Coughlin and Belichick cut from similar cloth) and could've given Warner and the Rams fits. But it was a 31 team league and that 31st team was the Titans.
