So glad you're back!!! I am one of the few naturals who thinks relaxed hair is beautiful too! It's a preference. This is where I send all of my relaxed friends who want to grow their hair long. Please give us more!!!
I have watched all of your videos over the years and I like them all. You are very detailed. Maybe some style videos like updos & buns. Also, maybe a video on how and how often to trim. Thank you!!! 😍😍😍
Hairlicious Inc. I've been natural 3 years and just went back to a relaxer a few weeks ago and I was like now what until I found your channel so THANK YOU! I'd love to see a video on your midweek cowash routine
I'm a 4c natural and I follow your wash day routine. My hair is more moisturized during the week and it's growing very well. I mix the oils and do the deep condition on dry hair the same way, wash then do a moisture deep condition . This works ladies. 🤗
I don't usually comment but I've been overcome by a wave of nostalgia! You are the reason why I have long relaxed hair to this day! I followed your routines to the T about 6 or 7 years ago and I was so amazed at how long my hair grew! I noticed a significant difference in 3 months. I was just beginning a transitioning journey to natural hair but now that you're back I am so tempted to go back to relaxing (and I just might). Never had a problem with my relaxed hair...I guess I just wanted a challenge lol. Don't ever leave again!
Oh my gosh! This comment is so touching!! I’m honoured and happy to hear that your hair grew so much as a result of my tips. Thank you for sharing that. It means a lot❤️
I really love how her hair still looks thick with texture even though it's relaxed like it's not bone straight! I'm definitely gonna try her relaxing method!
Oh my gosh!! I can't express how grateful I am for your channel. I have been trying to combat dry hair for so long and I have watched videos before but never really followedyour advice, kept using the same products and never seeing good results. This week, I was at my wits end being 14 weeks post, my new growth was very thick and dry and I thought I knew I couldn't relax my hair in this state. I watched your video on moisture and protein and then ended up watching so many more and I took some notes, went to the shops and bought new products for about £100. I did your wash day to the tee, 2 step and keracare treatments, and used the S curl activator spray. I feel like crying because I have wasted so much time on my hair and I've been doing all the wrong things!!! I also felt like crying tears of joy, my hair has never so soft and hydrated my whole life especially when it was so dry and breaking off this last month. I had a baby and hair maintenance has been inconsistent because I didn't have a plan. I know I'm going to see results now just from consistently following your regimen. Honestly, I am just so grateful for UA-camrs like you because you really make a difference. I felt it in my soul when you said invest in your hair, not wigs. I was about to give up on my hair and blame it on genetics and just buy more wigs. But you helped me!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH, YOU'RE THE G.O.A.T!! I will be supporting your channel consistently from now, I'll be watching every ad sis! Much love❤❤❤❤❤❤ from the UK🇬🇧
you are my hair inspiration. I've been watching you since 2009 and I'm glad you still continue to educate on how to take of our hair (whether relaxed or natural). thank you!!
I gotta say huge thank you!!I'm following your hair regimen and I absolutely love the results after years of breakage and damage to my hair due to lack of caring for it,so this pandemic gave me a reason to do so..the products are amazing and I love their smell, thanks for this 🙏🏾🙏🏾
I realized how important it is to do each step when washing relaxed hair. I realized also that my hair needs to be washed every week cuz my hair gets very dry. Your videos motivate me to continue my relaxed hair journey. My hair has been breaking and thinning on the left side of my head and the crown. Another hair chronicle journey starts for me lol.
I watched one of your videos last night, and I am a new subscriber for sure. I've been a hairstylist for 16 years, but they don't teach anything outside of how to apply a relaxer. I had no idea that I should, even with my own hair, moisturize and seal. I also have low porosity hair, so this information has been a game changer for me. Thanks for the informative videos!
Thank you so much for this video. Moved to LA, last year, the water and weather has made my hair so dry. My scalp is flaking, which it never has before. After getting about two - three inches cut off, I've been researching how to handle my hair in this climate. Did your regime today, and I believe you gave me a solution!!!! Thank you.
I have been watching you since I was 18(2009) and I have reached bsl. I am so happy to have found you and hairlista/UA-cam because I had constant breakage and didn’t know how to care for my hair. I had no idea about retention and why my hair was breaking. I am so grateful because I have learned about hair care and can pass it down to my cousins and nieces
Being 6 months pregnant, I’ve been seeing results with my hair for a while but I’m so glad I found your channel cause I’m going to incorporate these steps so I can grow my hair
I enjoyed your video, writing the products down so I can look for them when I go to the beauty supply store. You have beautiful hair, keep doing what you’re doing. Blessings to you.
Hi I used a rice water rinse for my protein today but I followed your shampoo, deep conditioning, and leave in treatments. The shampoo smells Devine! My hair feels really good. My new growth is soft working on getting my ends to feels the same way. I just started working on stopping the shedding, staying moisturized and working on getting my multi length hair healthy and finally to one length. #hairgoals
I know this is 4 years old; yet, I'm using this regimen as I type. I brought all the products I need, which I chuckled to myself bc the KeraCare line is what I grew up using on my hair. Your reason for your hair journey was the inspiration and example I needed. I canceled my hair appt today and said I can wash, condition, and style my own hair; however, I will still get my relaxer done professionally. I didn't like the products being used or how my hair was over manipulated. Everything else I can do because I NOW know it's possible! THANK YOU for sharing your journey with us!
Hi hairlista my hair is now natural but when I started my hair journey I started watching you . I won't stop watching mama still love watching Happy to see an update from you.
The humecto in the tub is a completely different conditioner from the bottle. The humecto in the tub leave my hair fealing silky while the bottle humecto makes my hair feels like straw. I couldn't justify buying the tub so I got hydrafuse instead which is a really good moisturising conditioner. Glad that you are back.😁
I've heard that exact thing before. I tried the one in the bottle and it did absolutely nothing. But I really didn't want to purchase the tub and hate it as well
I used to watch your videos 6 years ago when I was relaxed...then I went natural, my hair too thick and too much work so last year I cut it all off lol and it’s grown back so fast so I’m thinking of relaxing again and I’m so glad you still make videos!!
I tried your wash routine and I'm in love. I had aphogee 2 minute reconstructer. But I didn't have the other products but I did the same process. I will try the products you used eventually.
I am so glad that you're back that I am trying to get an answer to my questions, just in case you decide to take a break again. Can you please do a tutorial on how you trimmed your hair?
Thank God there's someone left! I went natural June 2018....bald fade. The journey was heartbreaking and just hard so I permed June 2019. Its growing better but still not fast enough. New subscriber
Shes the BEST relaxer hair hair guru on UA-cam. I've been following her routine to a TEE since June of this year, and my hair has already grown over 2 inches, HEALTHY inches.
My natural and low porosity and I have tried a lot of the natural hair videos and over priced products I have found that my hair responds instantly to old school products and 25% natural products depending on what part of the processes I'm on.. I have also found that a little bit of products responds better so basically my natural hair responds better to relaxed hair regimen than the natural hair regimen....right now I'm using your regimen in this video wish me luck 😁
I don't understand why for those who dislike this video and any other video's you put out. One word, Jealous. For some who may thumbs down because her method is too much no need for thumbs down, keep in mind it's what works for her obviously the proof is in the pudding.
Omg before I even watch the video I have to say that I watched your videos and followed you on KISS I think it was YEARS ago when I first started my hair care journey and I had NO idea you still uploaded videos and were still relaxed. EVERY relaxed youtuber goes natural due to peer pressure I feel and I’m so glad you’re not weak minded and do what YOU want to do!!!
I've tried to get as many of the products as possible (but eventually the purse strings tightened) and pretty sure I've been watching these videos on a loop but after basically watching my hair fall away due to lack of care I decided this lockdown is the best time to kickstart my regrowth journey. Your videos have been really helpful and I am hoping that I'll be as disciplined as you with my routine! P.s I think you used it in a different video but the As I Am moisturiser really does make a difference!
you must have high porosity hair. there's no way I could use protein on my hair every week like that. even the oils you use is better for high porosity hair, with the exception of the jojoba oil, which is light weight and penetrates well. that's really great you found a combination that gives you beautiful hair. I have low porosity hair. so the only time I use a protein conditioner is a week before I relax my hair, and right after I apply my relaxer. that's it. too much protein for low porosity hair is a nightmare. great job. your hair is beautiful.
Currently following your tips and advice. I have a short pixie. Just relaxed after years of being natural. Needed to switch it up. Thank you for sharing the knowledge ❤️❤️
I tend to go back and watch old videos till I get to the new ones. Question?? In your newest videos you mention you do two washes per week. I noticed it said you did a protein treatment following a relaxer and then the next time later in the week you do a follow up w/a shampoo and moisturizing deep conditioner. So my question is this : do you just do a protein treatment after your perm now ONLY (once) or is this still once a week followed by a second wash w/deep conditioner? I’ve been following you ever since the hair boards. Thanks.
Hey in this video I noticed you said you only detangle on wash days to minimize hair shedding. Could you elaborate on this because I'm prone to major shedding Thanks so much! You're great!
Your hair is so beautiful....thnks for sharing especially the moisture treatment you made...is the hello hydration conditioner from herbal essences ok to use with oils for a moisture treatment as well?i normally use ors replenishining or nourishing conditioner but i wanted something tht was protein free.
Cornelia Lewis I don’t use HE HH as a DC because it’s not formulated to be a deep conditioner. You can try Aussie 3 min miracle as a DC and add oils to that. It’s protein free and very moisturizing.
After you air dry your hair, do you roller set it, or put heat to it so it doesn't frizz? I want to wash my hair at home too but I don't know if it will turn out right.
I relaxed my hair after watching your videos, thank you! My hair is soft and healthy bc I watched closely, got better understanding of my hair, and read the directions! Getting ready for wash day, I'm wondering, I have low porosity and doesn't seem to do well with protein treatments, do you think I should do an oil mix treatment before I was and deep condition? Thinking of using coconut and olive oil, my hair loves olive oil, and then my low porosity shampoo and deep conditioner.
Hi, Thanks for this great post. I noticed that you did not steam your hair this round. Do you no longer steam and just use heat? Like from a hair dryer? Thanks
Definitely a new subscriber. You have beautiful hair and I’m in the process of trying out your style. I am relaxed but growing out a pixie cut (ugh the struggles). Goal is mid back length which I had as a child. Quick question are you using normal conditioner as a deep conditioner with the oils or is that a deep conditioner in the video?
I'm amazed at how you are not heavy handed with your products. Was that little conditioner and coconut oil you showed putting in the bowl enough to cover your entire head or you kept on adding some to the bowl?
So glad you're back!!! I am one of the few naturals who thinks relaxed hair is beautiful too! It's a preference. This is where I send all of my relaxed friends who want to grow their hair long. Please give us more!!!

Thanks hun!! It happens!! Just get back on track and your hair will thank you for it.
@@HairliciousInc ok thnks you so much..i will search online for it i hv never seen the ausie 3 min miracle here in trinidad.
Your hair looks great. Thanks for all the tips.
Thank you!! My pleasure.
I will give this a try on my next wash day routine
Your hair looks so healthy and good sis😩love it! You got a new subscriber for sure
Glad to see you back!
Awww thanks for watching!
Your hair is beautiful. Great video 👍🏽
Thank you so much for watching and for the compliment.
By far my fav hair video. What u do suggest for relaxer damaged breaking n shedding?
Hi, Thanks for this great post. I noticed that you did not steam your hair this round. Do you no longer steam and just use heat? Like from a hair dryer? Thanks
Hair! I can't with mine. Relaxed or not relaxed. Do a video on how to maintain relaxed hair. Like dealing sweating, dew and all that every single day!
Yay!! Thanks for subbing 💕 I’m using a deep conditioner with oils. Mid back length is definitely attainable 🙌🏾 Happy Hair Growing!!
I'm amazed at how you are not heavy handed with your products. Was that little conditioner and coconut oil you showed putting in the bowl enough to cover your entire head or you kept on adding some to the bowl?
What you saw in the bowl was all I used. It’s funny because I think I’m heavy handed. Lol.
