I graduated from Palm Beach State College with my Associate's Degree in Nursing in December 2021. The Registered Nurse program was a total of 2 years. I passed NCLEX in March of 2022. I recently graduated from Palm Beach State College with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in December 2023. I plan to continue on my nursing journey until I reach my Doctorate degree!

How often do you get relaxers, and which brand/strength do you use?
Relaxers for me tend to be every 2-3 months, depends. I try to stretch as long as I can without causing breakage because waiting too long can cause damage. I get my hair professionally relaxed at the hair dresser to ensure it’s processed properly. However, for touchups when I am on assignment, I use olive oil brand. & for context I’ve only done my own relaxer twice in my entire life lol -so it’s never that often. Hope this helps 🤍
