- The plaintiff says the defendant is her aunt, and she and her kids rented an apartment from her. She claims the defendant illegally evicted her and dumped all her belongings in the driveway, so she’s suing. The defendant says her niece is an addict, and she alleges all her kids were born with drugs in their systems. She’s countersuing for rent and damages.

I am wholeheartedly grateful and appreciative for my family. I feel so sorry for people like the plaintiff who have to deal with family members such as the defendant. What a bitter, heartless, and miserable human being that woman is.

I felt the plaintiff's pain my mother's sister who was supposed to be by caregiver after my mother died she was the same as this woman if not worse allowing people to do all kinds of things to me and her children I'm glad for once an evil aunt got what she deserves to come out that pocket for actually doing wrong
