    I’m on phase three. I’ve had brain fog for 8 months. But I don’t have the same mental exhaustion, I don’t have brain burn. I have head pressure occasionally, I have memory issues, and I can’t focus well. But I am not ruminating anymore. I see some positives. Today I was actually using acceptance incorrectly like you covered. And now I am working on focusing on life and enjoying the little things and when I notice my symptoms I am saying it’s a good thing because it caused me to change my negative thinking and take a look at myself and see how unhealthy I was being. It is saving me from wasting anymore life.

    Almost a year now that I had a panic attack in the middle of the night that triggered this heightened sense of nervousness. I can deal with most of it but I get this intense sensation down the left and right side of my body it will shift from day to day. For months I would hyperfocus on it and it would literally increase to a 10 which would than lead to racing heart, sweating, excessive worry. I began to teach myself that I didn’t need to fear it, that it was ok just to let it be. For the last 2 months it’s began to get better, the symptoms come and go but I just let it be, without even knowing it it just fades away, if I tend to think about it it will come back lol it’s just a vicious mind game we are playing with ourselves. Feel it, change your response, continue your day and I promise you it will subside.

    no progress is ever linear. i keep telling myself that. even in a creative learning process with things like art or music, you will get stumped sometimes. you will get creative block. anxiety and depression are the same. you may have better and worse days and it may feel like absolute hell, but you'll notice week by week, month by month, each will be better than the last. we've got this guys !!! i promise ♡ never stop fighting for your well-being

    Thank you Shaan, once again proved your videos are worthwhile... Today I got other two main success/recovery/ healing key through this video...
    First is : life is important than symptoms (so prioritize your life's moments, situation and events wherever you are just be there and try to enjoy life )
    Second is : returned symptoms or setbacks are the opportunities to respond back with healing process...
    Yay! 🥰
    Thank you very much Shaan.💐🙏🏻☺️

    I am 65. Looking back, my first anxiety episode that I remember was at the age of around 4. Yes, 4. And since then I have suffered.
    Of course over the years I had tried everything including therapy,yog, breathing,meditation, and medication.
    NOTHING helped.
    Just recently I found out about healing your Vegus nerve by resetting it. And believe me please within a week I started feeling better for the first time in my life.
    So if you are reading this and are finding yourself in the same situation please watch some videos on how to reset Vegas nerve and then all these other techniques like breathing and meditation will start to help you.

      I’ve been dealing with anxiety for about 6 years now, and I’ve been active duty military for 5 years now so the stress I get from day to day has made it so difficult to deal with my anxiety but to be honest these videos have helped the most. You just need to figure out what symptoms you’re having and try and find the videos that talk about your symptoms and just keep trying and don’t give up. These videos have helped me and no I’m not fully cured and I probably have a very long path ahead of me, but like he always says once you accept it and start to know how it works than you’ll be on the right path to getting better!

    The subconcious mind is so tricky tho. I realized just now i want to take a shower, but im avoiding it by watching this video and pretending i'm doing the right things for recovery. - In the evenings my anxiety flare up because of all the terrifying things that happened in my sleep. Is almost as if im at a stage where my recovered and logical version is gaining more power. But still cant completely defeat the fear side.

    Plz share more about your digestive issues and how you accepted the symptoms. I’ve not found anyone yet who gets into detail about this and it sure would be helpful as bathroom issues are hard to just accept when you need to drive somewhere like to work (and no bathrooms around).

    • @rudyv1891
      @rudyv1891 Місяць тому

      He mentioned in other videos that his digestive issues were his last symptoms to go away. They take time but if you follow his methods over time it will get normal. Try to accept it and don't focus on it too much. It's hard to accept but if you've had everything ruled out by your doctor and it is anxiety, you will heal but it takes time.

I overcome my panic attacks after a month found the way but anxiety is still lingering and I am afraid to drive because I fear the eye symptoms might still come back

I get racing heart, brain fog, extreme fatigue ect but the range of negative thoughts and dreams are extremely overwhelming.. I feel very low and sometimes suicidal.. wen I try to jes brand it off as an oversensitive nervous system, that's one thing, but then my self esteem and all the weight dat my life struggles carry keeps confirming a dark reality of giving up.. I feel so overwhelmed

    • @rudyv1891
      @rudyv1891 Місяць тому +1

      From my experience and from other testimonials it can take 6 months to 2 years to fully heal. However, don't be discouraged because once you start the recovery process you learn how to deal with anxiety, the process becomes easier to go through. It took me 3 months to get away from the intense symptoms. I still had anxiety but it was easier to continue on with life.

    • @wesleybrown1269
      @wesleybrown1269 Місяць тому +1

      Complete recovery is possible and it takes like 6 months to a year. But don’t focus on that. Focus on enjoying life, get away from all the stressors you can, and manage the ones you have to keep around. You are at the bottom facing down, don’t get discouraged when you turn around to climb out, it ultimately makes you a stronger person with more perspective. It is a blessing.
