Really nice concept, tying tips and reasonings Vladimir…particularly liked tying down the CDC feathers in stages to give strength and alignment 👍🏿 and soft waxing the silks / threads…nice suggestive pattern that I will enjoy tying…thanks as always, best wishes
Hi Vladimir. I definitely learned a new technique for making bodies with waxed floss, it looks really good. I’ll use it for dries, emergers and spinners. Thanks for the demonstration and instructions.
@@andyk914 thats probably due to thread torque. Try using pull up to pull down technique. I explain it somewhere along the video. If it doesn't help please let me know
@@andyk914 hi, its color of gold when dry. After waxing its much darker. But underbody is red, hence the redish end result. Gauge of thread is unknown, i simply use embroidery silk thread and split it in strands that i use according to hook size. One strand for smaller flies.

The silk cording you used for ribbing would be nice to have on had. Like that rib you made
Thanks. You can use it with most threads. Not only silk.. or you can use few strands of polyyarn to do the same. 🍻🍻
