    Really enjoyed watching this and thanks for the tips Des. Chopped worms, corn and micos. The way you work the swim, by slight adjustments like introducing bigger bits of worm, mixed with micos and corn and showing and explaining how and when to try this is top notch 🤔👍

    best video,would this work on a very shallow swim ie about 3-4 ft deep and at say larford lakes

    • @matchfishingmagazine
      @matchfishingmagazine  Рік тому

      Absolutely! Like Des says in the video the only variable is how far out you fish your short line according to the depth - the shallower it is the further you may need to go.

    Why do you choose not to use any groundbait

    • @matchfishingmagazine
      @matchfishingmagazine  Рік тому +1

      Because the bottom on a lot of commercial venues are silty, feeding larger particles cuts down on fizzing and makes getting bites easier in general. In winter, groundbait can be more of an option.
