The second apartment was really good, the utilization of space and the still luxurious living space with the bathrooms and vanity and even a rooftop. Loved the video (as usual)
I love these apartments. Kamsi was so right about that 3rd apartment having that NY vibe. I am a NY girl and she was so correct!! I would move to Lagos in a minute.... it's beyond beautiful ❤
@INFONAIJA 247 My whole life, I have dreamt of seeing Africa. I will get there, God willing. The land, the culture, the beautiful people. It is definitely a place I want to be ♥.
I like the living space in the third house and the fact that there is a long mirror 😍😍😍, I like the rooftop and the bathroom in the second house … there’s just something to like about each house .
Tayo I won't subscribe but I loved your content!!! And your co-host was also great! I want to build in Tanzania so looking at videos of homes for inspiration!
As someone who has lived in different borrows of NewYork... these apartments are amazing oh. You see that second and third apartment ? It is amazinggg... if you have that space as clean as that and setup like that.. omo na heaven oh... nice video.. i would live in the 3rd apartment in Lekki... but its the "what part of lekki" would be nice if its not those flooded areas... .... i still cant get my head over thale 3rd apartment... its completey NY... the 2nd apartment gives brooklyn and 3rd one gives China town
You could go to Bonny Island, rivers state and make a small documentary about the 24/7 light island and their interesting history…. Would be a veryy interesting idea
Apartment #2 for me. The green space is definitely a BIG plus, the rooftop patio space speaks to me. It gives out a chill serene vibe which I will take any day especially like in spot like Lagos.
The first and second apartment is perfect for when I visit. But I do wisht these small spaces are available for 1 person renting. Ok I will keep watching. Yes i agree 7:44.
looks better then my previous studio here in Belgium although it was slightly bigger and costed 480€ a month but looked like trash and had mold in the shower 😂
The first one is nice it gives me the condo feel Bachelor suite like in Canada but i love the second one its more like a five star in a hotel because of the washroom Kitchen a a few other things
I really love the aesthetic of the 2nd house, the roof top with the mini garden is so beautiful with the nice view and that’s quite rare in Lagos. I love greens and seeing them in Lagos is so pleasing to the eyes lol.
I Love Them All I Think The 2nd Space Is My Favorite ❤️ Although I Really Like The 3rd Space Just As Much The 1st Spaces Kitchen Stove Was My Favorite Kitchen I Would Definitely Love And Thoroughly Enjoy Living In Either One Of Them Because I Adore Lagos❤️
Loved this Video. Shows that there are many hidden gems in Lagos a lot us of don’t know about. Tayo you said you’ll put the information of these apartments in the description 👀 Also just to comment on what kamsi said “it’s obviously a woman that designed the space”. I think interior design or architecture tells from your level of experience in the field, creativity, and project management skills. It is not about a man or a woman. It should be this person has an eye for detail.
I really really liked this video (and yes I’m subscribed). These apartments are great for their size and price and I actually appreciate the aesthetics for them way more than some of the bigger homes I’ve seen. Great work, Tayo.
I'm a guy. I can't be the only one who gave a half-smile and a wink @4:50 when there was an offer...then was left unsmiling, dumbfounded and disappointed when the offer was declined.
9x12 is the size of my living room center carpet...which takes up maybe 10 percent of my living area space! But as someone who once lived in a nyc basement studio, I do NOT look down on tiny studios at all. Matter of fact I quite enjoyed it. I only got things I truly needed and it was easy to keep clean!
I love that these single apartments are modern. However, I think they should have way more space, storage, closets, windows for light and a full kitchen stove and refrigerator; also more ceiling height. I want the best for every country in Africa. I don’t want these micro apartments to become a trend in Africa.
The first apartment should a short students apartment(am sorry for saying that😅😅😅😅), I feel because Tayo is taller though but I love the aesthetic nature of the apartments
Tayo, this was a great video and I loved each of these spaces. These spaces are very popular in America, and the costs aren't nearly as reasonable. On Airbnb alone, each of these could rent for a minimum of $100 - $150 a night. Especially the 2nd one. Please let me know if they're available on Airbnb, and if any of them are close to Abuja. I'm planning a visit sometime this year, and my destination will be Abuja. Also, I'd like to know if the Cribstock investments are available to those of us in America? Let me know, and thanks for another great video. I enjoy your content.
They are small but like you said they have character to them and they are well designed. Not sure I’d be able to stay in a space that small though. I’m used to big spaces 😭😭.
And so only nigerians watch this. Dollars are the standard of deffered payment anywhere in the world. Naira has a very erratic exchange rate so it won't be accurate for future sake.
Love all the apartments they are minimalistic especially the second apartment 👏🏾☺️ If we can have apartments like this in most part of Lagos or Nigeria … it would go a long way in reducing house prices and deficit
Hope you guys enjoyed this video? To Learn more about how Cribstock works, Click on this link ua-cam.com/video/PDVxtWOFuKc/v-deo.html 😀

Thought you said you'll tell us the price????

I think it's the brownstone wallpaper, it's reminiscent of the old buildings in Brooklyn

The second apartment hands down is the best, attention to detail and space management is impeccable!
I loveee the vibe from that 3rd apartment but Kamsi was right, the bathroom is underwhelming😂
The 2nd apartment has my heart🥰

My best is the 3rd one because it is well illuminated. I love bright spaces. If it is not naturally bright, I’ll hate staying in that space.

Tayo! The second one is my FAVORITE! Yeah!
The second apartment is my best. Like Kamsi said, they managed the space really well and paid attention to detail. Love it

The second apartment was the best option for me. The bed sold me over and the colours.
Watching from Nairobi keep shining 🎉
Tayo : this one is not good for action 😂
Kamsi : 👀
I really like the second one more , then the 1st one …
Apartment #2 for me. The green space is definitely a BIG plus, the rooftop patio space speaks to me. It gives out a chill serene vibe which I will take any day especially like in spot like Lagos.

The second apartment was my best! The decor choice and building pattern was really great! Plus the colors, perfect!❤
the bed test was fun the 2nd apartment was also mine plus the price was awesome
The second apartment is really cute and i love that you brought Kamsi
like Kamsi said, the second apartment was definitely designed by a woman. Great attention to details and everything was superb. Amazing video Tayo..

Yessssss CRIBSTOCK !!!
I CANNOT EMPHASIZE ON IT MUCH. ITS AWESOME ❤
I saw the first apartment on Airbandb. Needless to say I did not book the unit during my trip to Lagos. My suitcases would never fit.
I like the second apartment, but the ambiance of the first apartment is so nice. Kamzes link on your description is not going but the end screen works

Surprisingly, there are such tiny apartments in Nigeria! They are very popular in Hong Kong, we call “Nano Flats”.
They are not common in Nigeria, they are rare. Unlike in hong kong.
