As a Salvadorian woman I’m so happy to see pupusas make an appearance! My grandma used to make them every weekend for us kids and those memories hold such a sweet spot in my heart!
The “let me get my heart rate up” moment of chaos followed immediately by “I don’t feel great now 😐” absolutely was my favorite thing I’ve seen in a while 😂
this reminded me when eugene said in a trypod episode when all the guys are asked if they have business ideas and he said sex toys that hide in plain sight or can be used as home decor lmao
I watched the entirety of this video assuming Keith was outrageously high. The next video started and I quickly realized that I never changed the playback speed from changing it to .75 when doing origami with a student 🫠 I did thoroughly enjoy the “new” intro/outro music before I made the realization, however 😂
“apple with a secret” and then “feet sand” has got to be one of the best descriptions of a food. keith has become so incredible at describing food over the years
I come from a German family. I grew up eating rouladen with red cabbage and mashed potatoes. As a kid, I would pile my red cabbage on top of the mashed potatoes, instead of using gravy. Rouladen is a comfort food that’s really good on a cold, rainy day. And it’s super nostalgic to me. I loved watching Keith eating my childhood favorite food.
Considering that Keith's baby has probably started eating solids in the last month or two, I'm surprised he hasn't already taste-tested a bunch of baby food at home. Recommendation: the yogurt melts from Aldis! Actually, all of the baby food at Aldis is DELICIOUS.
The yogurt melts are BOMB. I'm also a big fan of the apple cinnamon star things, idk if they're still around but when my nephew was little I used to steal them from him all the time.
Hi as a New Zealander that is the correct amount Vegemite is less strong than Marmite and usually we eat Vegemite with either coffee or Orange Juice. This baby food... I'm a nanny and when kids were getting older than 12 months, I was adding a bit of salt and herbs to this Gerber meals (with parents approval of course). I saw it first hand - kids who ate these tastless things, were very hard to convince to even trying anything with flavour later.
Props to Keith for being so amenable to everything 😊 ppl have different preferences and over comments it may seem like we viewers fixate/have diatribes about silly subjective things. I'm Australian. The only thing I know about Del Taco is the fre shavacado. Yes, you did good with the Vegemite. And I do think the teeth recipe has changed since I was a child, but I can no longer eat them. And all 100s and 1000s are sprinkles but not all sprinkles are 100s and 1000s!

Pro tip on the Mexican Pizza. You are correct that it goes soft to quickly, so you have to drive through, park immediately and eat it in the car. But the real secret is to customize it! Anything customized has to be made to order, so order it but then ask them to switch out the regular beans for black beans since you like them. Then you know they just made it.
Learning that Aussies call sprinkles “hundreds and thousands” was amazing and alone worth doing this idea. I really enjoy learning euphemisms and colloquialisms from other places
As a NZer who shares this with the Aussies, it isn't actually the normal sprinkles like Keith used. 100s and 1000s are the small rainbow sphere sprinkles.
We don’t call ALL sprinkles hundreds and thousands just the very specific type of sprinkles that are hundreds and thousands… google “masterfoods hundreds and thousands” and you’ll understand :)
The Betty crocker recipe is so much like the stuff we make in Iceland all the time. My grandma always makes this, but only once type of salad usually but some kind of mayo mix and decorated very well.
@@skriddlehiddles I think hundreds and thousands don’t exist in the US it’s just little colourful balls that are sugar. It’s the perfect texture and sweetness

thanks to Keith talking about Pupusa's and how good they are, I looked up my local Pupusaeria and plan to visit soon. Thanks for expanding my culinary horizons!
The party sandwich loaf is a STAPLE of holiday meals in my family and one of my personal faves! We do salmon spread, chicken salad, ham salad and egg salad, and put cream cheese on the outside (some old recipes call for cheez whiz). It's the perfect meal for the holidays because a loaf can last a few days and it's lighter than a lot of other holiday foods. It's also pretty common where I live (Quebec) for grocery stores to sell bread sliced the "wrong" way during the holidays. They also make coloured (usually red or green) versions.
I noticed that immediately and it makes me wonder if a bunch of classical music was just released from copyright cuz I’ve heard it in like a dozen videos in the last couple weeks, along with a handful of other recognizable pieces. I am def not complaining, cuz it’s fucking great and I hope more people are encouraged to look up classical music because of it.
Keith talking about making butter balls when he was kid reminded me that I used to put syrup on a piece of white bread and fold it in half and just make a syrup sandwich lmao
My childhood favorite was a baloney sandwich on white bread, with lots of mayo, cheddar cheese, and right in the middle a soft chocolate chip cookie. 🤣
i'm actually not the biggest fan of eat the menu - no shame, it just ain't my thing. this is my thing, though. just all kinds of foods in one video. chaos. i embrace it.
In the Netherlands they have fairy bread but it’s called Hagleslag. I love it. When I visited there last year I brought back 5 boxes so it would be more authentic
@@cosplayannie crepes are already cheap if you make them yourself. 1 egg, 1/3 cup flour, and 1/3 + a bit more milk, a spoonful of sugar, blend or whisk and cook in a flat pan. Crepes for one. I make them as an evening snack/dessert all the time
Such a nostalgic treat for me! We always just used regular bread when I was a kid but I have actually had it on a tortilla. My grandma and mom used to make it all the time and I've made it as a treat for kiddos I babysit before
I was also saved by Taco Bell when driving from Santa Cruz to get home to San Diego with Covid.. something about those chips and nacho cheese really saved me and helped me finish the drive home

I watched this while high last night, had never had pupusas before, and placed an order from my local pupuseria to be delivered to me today. So here I am, eating pupusas for breakfast, and loving every second of it.
I want Keith to eat Swedish Surströmming/fermented herringbut not the way one see every streamer/youtuber eat it,directly out of the can. But how it's meant to be eaten on flat bread, butter diced boiled potatos, diced red onion, cheese, Chreme fraise and fresh chives is a common version but some toppings may vary. Just to show it can be more tasteful than most think. Also he has eaten worse in the past😉 so he can handle this.
I never had the heart to feed those to my kid. To be clear, I'm not above buying prepackaged baby foods, but there's like... degrees. You know? If you wouldn't eat it, please don't give it to your kids.
we call the cinnamon toast “poor mans toast”! my whole life we had an old jelly jar filled with cinnamon sugar purely for toast. as an adult i now have my own jar
The cinnamon toast is even better when you put it in the oven or microwave and melt the butter, sugar, and cinnamon on the bread and eat it warm.. soo soo good!
There is an old Hank Green video from waaaaayy back when where he aggressively shows the audience the “right” way to make cinnamon toast, in the oven 😅

@@user-iv5pl2dh4t I live in a Spanish-speaking country and have been around people from every Spanish-speaking country in the world. "Ordenar comida" is wrong everywhere except in countries with a strong English/US influence, such as Puerto Rico, Mexico, and the US. Other countries would consider it an "anglicismo," at best.
Then you know they just made it.
i would love if keith tried a poutine, like a real poutine… good gravy, cheese curds, great fries. a classic 🇨🇦
Yessss someone needs to email him Canadian foods! I'd love for him to try Newfie Poutine! Normal Poutine topped with stuffing/dressing 🤤🤤
yes! also some "poutine rapée" from New Brunswick!
Or a Nova Scotian donair poutine 🤤
Aussie here. I skipped to 21 minutes 👍🏼 Also - Keith you used the wrong sprinkles. You have yet to try fairy bread my good man.
I’m gonna guess it’s the sand looking type of jimmies?
Also Keith tried the Minty wrong, unless he wanted to potentially fuck up/trying to break his teeth.
@@skriddlehiddles I think hundreds and thousands don’t exist in the US it’s just little colourful balls that are sugar. It’s the perfect texture and sweetness
@@skriddlehiddles we also use the long sprinkles but they’re not as good
@@annieweckert6113hundreds and thousands are the same thing as our American rainbow sprinkles but they probably taste better over there. Personally rainbow sprinkles taste waxy to me.
thanks to Keith talking about Pupusa's and how good they are, I looked up my local Pupusaeria and plan to visit soon. Thanks for expanding my culinary horizons!
Man Keith I love you. Please take care.
They also make coloured (usually red or green) versions.
my personal marker of how chaotic an episode will be is how early the dramatic Dvorak music cue hits. pre 5-min mark today... buckle up!
28:00 Desiree's little "oh" of dismay was so funny
Keith talking about making butter balls when he was kid reminded me that I used to put syrup on a piece of white bread and fold it in half and just make a syrup sandwich lmao
Wait is that not normal?! We used to do that at my house 😂 x
Yo same 😅 still do occasionally
I started eating that as a kid because I saw my dad eating it lol. We both eventually grew out of it
Same!!!!
I used to make honey and mayonnaise sandwiches……… too afraid to try it as an adult lol
Definitely more of this, it should be a series!!!
Keith hyping himself up for the warm tortilla reminded me of the ring of fire scene from Finding Nemo
He's Dori in a nut shell
hahaha I was thinking it sounded like some ancient ritual chant or something!!!
The Mexican Pizza is honestly the best! It's always crunchy and great when I get them delivered! SO happy they brought it back!
Keith getting his heart rate up 😂
My childhood favorite was a baloney sandwich on white bread, with lots of mayo, cheddar cheese, and right in the middle a soft chocolate chip cookie. 🤣
I had a physical gag reaction when she said "you should drink the water" for the turkey sticks 🤢
i'm actually not the biggest fan of eat the menu - no shame, it just ain't my thing. this is my thing, though. just all kinds of foods in one video. chaos. i embrace it.
In the Netherlands they have fairy bread but it’s called Hagleslag. I love it. When I visited there last year I brought back 5 boxes so it would be more authentic
Keith, Marmite and Vegemite are so totally different, there's literally nothing the same!!
I would absolutely love to see you guys do “ try guys try powerlifting”
Cinnamon toast. For a fun treat use a tortilla, cover it in butter then cinnamon sugar. Bake for 10 min in a 400 degree oven.
10/10
That's just- you made cheap crepes hahaha
@@cosplayanniemost floury sugar products are just the same thing in a different form lol
My grandma and mom used to make it all the time and I've made it as a treat for kiddos I babysit before
24:07 tbh you could probably get Nestle Milo at a Chinese grocery store, it’s a pretty common breakfast drink for HKers
Very popular in places like Malaysia too I found!
the fairy bread balls gave me a flashback to the depths of my poverty and depression eating sriracha wrapped in bread and smushed into a ball.
wait let us send keith snacks! i love the concept of these new videos
"Haven't you always told me what to put in my mouth?"
- Keith 2024
I was also saved by Taco Bell when driving from Santa Cruz to get home to San Diego with Covid.. something about those chips and nacho cheese really saved me and helped me finish the drive home
When I was a child, I’d go into the pantry, take a brand new bakery tiger loaf, stick my hand into the middle, pull out as much of the middle as possible and roll it into a ball, much like the “butter ball” Leaving just the crust for everyone else. 🤦🏼♀️
We called Cinnamon Toast "School Toast" bc it was the only breakfast my dad could make before the bus came 😂
Kieth making a butter ball unlocked a core memory for me 😂 my siblings and I freaking loved putting butter on bread and rolling it into a ball
I'm from Australia...and I have to say it was good to see Keith putting the Vegemite on plain toast instead of rasin bread!! Ps...parents give kids minties on long car rides to keep them quiet!!😂😂
“Vegemite is almost exactly like marmite” is one of the most offensive things I’ve ever heard (British)
NZ marmite is different to UK marmite, which is sold under the name "Our mate" in NZ
Agreed (Aussie)
Keith has pissed off both the Vegemite lovers and the Marmite lovers with that sentence. 😂
For most people it's one or the other!
Yes. Vegemite is far superior lol
The "mad about teeth" candy looks like every celebrity that has veneers. 😂😂
Keith you should come to the Minnesota State Fair!
I DEFINITELY agree with this. Keith eats the Minnesota State Fair!
I’m planning a trip out to Minnesota just for this reason! Woohoo
Lol why? Is it different than every single other states? You gotta have a selling point
@@charliedog29yes it’s different. Look up some videos showing the food they have
@@charliedog29 because I’ve never been to a state fair other than California… also BEFRS did a video awhile back and looks interesting to eat crazy fried concoctions. At least that’s my personal reason. 🤷🏻♂️
Milo is so much more than chocolate milk. It is best eaten in giant spoonfuls from the tub
Can Keith PLEASE do eat everything at Cook Out I would cry (all the combos of the trays, all the milkshakes, it would be so great!)
as an Aussie, nothing beats a slice of Vegemite toast, cut into fingers, when you have an upset stomach. it's like magic and nostalgia
Keith watching Melinda's videos is actually so cute though.
I'm so glad I wasn't the only one making butter balls!! Also my mom always made my brothers and I cinnamon-sugar toast when we weren't feeling great and it's still a comfort food to this day. Was not expecting this to be a trip down memory lane for me
Dude: born in 1970 and cinnamon toast was our weekend treat! And Milo, to my best uninformed opinion is exactly like Quick. Which was also a weekend treat
As an Australian my immediate thought was "oh boy, Keith is trying to make the entirety of New Zealand mad" when he lumped them in with us.
We're like siblings. We love and support each other but we also have a fierce rivalry and don't want outsiders to compare us 😂
Keith, you're from the south. You know darn well the turkey sticks look exactly like vienna sausages.
Baby puffs and wafers are great for when u have a stomach bug and can’t handle heavy foods
Umeboshi!! Japanese sour plums. We eat them with plain steamed rice or as a dried candy. I love them, but I know it’s a VERY acquired taste
“WOMEN ATE THIS?”
I watched this while high last night, had never had pupusas before, and placed an order from my local pupuseria to be delivered to me today. So here I am, eating pupusas for breakfast, and loving every second of it.
I’VE NEVER MET ANYONE ELSE WHO USED TO DO BUTTER BALLS HOLY SHIT! Keith I’m so glad we’ve had this bonding experience
Never buttered mine first but was a HUGE fan of bread balls growing up. Def superior methodology!
Anyone that hasn’t tried a peanut butter and honey sandwich is missing out.
I want Keith to eat Swedish Surströmming/fermented herringbut not the way one see every streamer/youtuber eat it,directly out of the can.
But how it's meant to be eaten on flat bread, butter diced boiled potatos, diced red onion, cheese,
Chreme fraise and fresh chives is a common version but some toppings may vary.
Just to show it can be more tasteful than most think. Also he has eaten worse in the past😉 so he can handle this.
Congratulations Keith and Becky on baby H!❤
Those turkey sticks look like repackaged Vienna sausages.
Exactly my thoughts
I was thinking that too.
I never had the heart to feed those to my kid. To be clear, I'm not above buying prepackaged baby foods, but there's like... degrees. You know? If you wouldn't eat it, please don't give it to your kids.
With added milk
Aussies out there who watched Keith bite straight into the chewy mint that it almost broke your own teeth just watching it 😂
Between that and the incorrect fairy bread, I've never been so angry at someone trying our food before lol
we call the cinnamon toast “poor mans toast”! my whole life we had an old jelly jar filled with cinnamon sugar purely for toast. as an adult i now have my own jar
Rouladen is one of my family’s favorites! We do it every year for Christmas, and other special occasions!
And naps are needed afterwards 😂
The cinnamon toast is even better when you put it in the oven or microwave and melt the butter, sugar, and cinnamon on the bread and eat it warm.. soo soo good!
There is an old Hank Green video from waaaaayy back when where he aggressively shows the audience the “right” way to make cinnamon toast, in the oven 😅
@@whatcanidooo Lol! I love that! 😄
Fun Fact - Chest pain after a COVID infection is incredibly common and is a sign of long COVID. Please do not belittle people for experiencing post-infection conditions and symptoms, COVID is still dangerous and causes long term issues for many people! I know you had good intentions, but long COVID is very common and is very hard to get treatment for! It would be great to see content creators take this seriously and raise awareness! Otherwise, good video!
It would be easier to take seriously if that particular person had actually followed up with a doctor and not gone to Taco Bell.
Keith wasn't belittling that person. They never said they had long COVID - they suspected it was a blood clot - and instead of seeking medical care they went to Taco Bell. It's cool that you're trying to raise awareness, but accusing Keith of something he didn't do isn't very fair.
@@charlottegrubbs7016 I understand what you are getting at! I think I am frustrated Keith said the person was high when there was no mention of any substances, that was completely out of the blue and dismissive of what the person was experiencing. Getting medical care for long covid is very difficult, and honestly, I agree, going to Taco Bell was not very timely considering the situation! I am glad you are learning a bit about long covid and I hope you too can help raise awareness!
@@Zhiperser haha! I agree. Going to Taco Bell at that excat moment was not the best idea! I hope you can look into long covid and learn about how serious it is! I reccomend reading the abstracts of peer reviewed studies or reading articles from medical related journals and .orgs! I hope you have a good day and raise some awareness for long covid!
I used to do cinnamon toast and I also did cocoa toast, it's toast that's buttered and then had Nesquick Chocolate Milk powder sprinkled on top, then we'd pop it in the microwave for about 5 seconds to melt it all together (we'd microwave the cinnamon toast to melt it together too)
