One way I found that worked with my husband is when we’re watching television. I would usually point out false portrayals of Bible scripture or explain how the bad examples are made by people who don’t even study the Bible, or twist things to lead people away from God. He admired that I had ‘an anchor’ for my principles. He draws closer to becoming a Believer. Vitimin a deficiency causes sores on skin to not heal as well as being susceptible to warts ....herpes sores are a sign of low b vitamins and cracked skin around the lips. As we age we need a lot more vitamins than when we are young. If you keep up your vimtins you will stop getting all kinds of skin issues from rashers to dryness and even skin tags. 😢 oh no! Do you take vitamins so many of my skin issues cleared up after sorting out deficiencies ..especially vitamin a d c zinc magnesium iron...I was quite screwed at one point! My skin still has some redness issues. Have you tried going on holiday to a warm place by the sea? That is a very old thing people recommended and I know a lot of people who from getting sun and sea and fresh air cleared up acne but I don't know what kind of acne they had just that they would go away and come back clear skinned and over winter it would come back again😢 they still have scars but it eventually went away completely. Maybe it's the sun or the salt water or some of the sea minerals or the lack of stress... theres also a herb Berry called Elly agnish I don't know how to spell it but it's a Bush which grows a berry and really good for hormones balancing. You could also try going to a Chinese herbal doctor but one who is trained in China as they are fully qualified doctors not just somone who did some course online or something. And they have helped me more times than I can say when I had chronic issues which doctors could do nothing for. Like once pneumonia. This is a hormonal issue. Stop eating sugar, seed oils, white flour, and junk food. Eat lots of good fats and proteins. Try to eat organic fruits and vegetables. Get rid of toxic makeup and cleaners. I’m coming out with a cook book and healthy living book soon!

Or give it any hold . Its very unhealthy. Lust is like gluttony imo . If a man is starving, you cant let him gorge. He will die . A little bread. Or water some supplements. ( think of people with famine) . If they gorge on lust . They need withdraw. Nothing cold turkey. Or a diet . Limited to human person to person. And baby steps . Reset your system. Hunger is good sauces. . A man without any of that or any female company, or celibacy for a good period of time , with no porn or whatever. A kiss on the kiss or a chaste peck on the lips. Or just human female affection, will be better than any porn feeling. Its warps a man mind . In the same what certain reading matter. Magazines ( cosmopolitan, ect ) or social media destroys woman. Or those terrible romantic stories. .
