    Underrated part about drugstore shampoo is that you can actually afford to test different things and figure what works for you out without refinancing your home. Worst lie I’ve ever believed in was that I needed to have an exspensive brand shampoo to take care of my hair

      Yes! Also once I’ve spent £25+ on a bottle of shampoo or hair product I’m basically forced to use all of it even if I don’t like it because I don’t want to waste money. You can’t even resell it or donate it like you can with expensive clothes or bags.

    Love the drugstore recommendations, but it's sometimes really hard to go affordable when you can't use products with TONS of heavy fragrance. Most of these minus the Kristin Ess fragrance free line, are full of really yucky fragrance that I don't have issues with on the more high end side of haircare. Any chance you can recommend some products that aren't loaded with synthetic fragrances?

    Something for dandruff, sensitive scalp, but also for curly & colored hair. I have an autoimmune muscle disease. I don't actually have dandruff, but I've been using Head & Shoulders Royal Oils for coily & curly hair. It doesn't cause dermatitis on my skin & scalp, but doesn't really do anything for my curly hair. It makes my hair look like a poodle & I've stopped blow drying to try to help. Not success. It also makes my hair look dull too. I also can't use argon oil. It flares my skin up. BTW, my coily, curly hair is only in the crown of my head. Something to do w/ taking immunosuppressants caused my hair to fall out & come back like that.

    Thank you for mentioning options for dry scalp! Seems like we are often left out of the conversation, as if your hair must be oily to wash it (! Obviously no)

      I have had phenomenal results with Garnier Fructis Grow Stong the Apple version. I can wash my hair and brush it and I literally have zero hairfall. I know it sounds crazy because normal shedding is up to 100 hairs a day and I was shedding more than that before using this but after the first use I only lost 20 hairs. Day by day it's been less and less to where now nothing sheds. Give the shampoo and conditioner a try you might like it.

    I've been using elvive clay for so many years, it leaves your hair and scalp so squeaky clean ❤ just careful to use a hair mask after it

      @@kirstenflood5404 I personally never used k18 but loads of people praise it as being amazing, especially if you have damaged hair. You can even use it without conditioner.

      Do you use it as your regular shampoo or as a clarifying shampo? Also whats your hair type if you dont mind me asking

    • @dreambrush7251
      @dreambrush7251 Рік тому +4

      @@wasabi4790 I use it as a clarifying shampoo once a week or so. My hair type is wavy but I pretty much treat it as curly so I add a bunch of products after shower (curl cream, leave-in, gel etc) to maintain the moisture throughout between washes. I noticed that Clay seems to do a pretty good job at stripping your hair of buildups, even if you use something like a prepoo treatment.

      Choose a color that isn't so high maintenance, or deal with the consequences. Those are truly your only options.
