    One thing I like to do when mocking up a scene is to include a character reference model for scale. It's essential when making game art

    Photoshop now has a feature, that’s amazing for tiling textures, much better than the offset filter: view / pattern preview

    Was hoping for some tips on ambient occlusion I notice a lot of older games, even way back to the n64 are quite good and painting in shadows into corners and where objects meet. Im seeing the tree in the middle here and where it touches the ground theres zero of that. Looks great all the same though!

    Does the "The 3D coloring Book" workshop contain substitle/closed caption ? sorry, i'm deaf.
    or, even if there is no Subtitle / Closed Caption. is it easy to learn without hearing the explanation? i'm pretty familiar with substance painter

      No subtitles sadly, but thanks for bringing that up, id like to implement that.

    I've been following you on instagram for a while now, and I really appreciate your channel, but if I may offer some advice, stick to either having the music play softly in the background for the entire video or just at the beginning and end. Playing it at seemingly random and unnecessary points in the video and on full volume is anxiety-inducing and off-putting.
