I find using these recovery stories, ones that relate to my own experience thought anxiety, really helps me keep on track once you understand all the principles what Shaun teaches from the knowledge of Dr Claire weeks ect.
I am 3 months in to this now and from being stuck in the house having really bad thoughts not speaking to anyone. I am back at work, been on a plane, and in the gym
My next goal is going back MMA and my worst symptom is mainly breathing issues Although it’s anxiety I know that it’s hard guys but once you spend so much time with it and you just stop fearing it it becomes less and less I am still dealing with it but it goes on and off and for those who are struggling just know breathing issues it’s anxiety, am at work right now writing this about to go in a brief if I can’t breathe in there so be it. I say To my self let’s go if it kills me so be it let’s see what you got anxiety we can get though this guys fall in love with your anxiety it gets better
P.s don’t worry if you can’t afford the membership the content on here is everything you need and it’s free.

I can relate to this guys story the most. He hit the nail on the head in so many ways. I teared up because I feel like he was talking for me. He would be a great mentor.

Hey Shaan, I can relate to some of Rui’s journey, I just have a question, I have a flight to go to Chicago for the weekend, is it something I should do? Something that will truly help with recovery? Like Rui was, I am currently afraid of flying. Would really appreciate your response!

I'd say go for it if happens let it happen, not dangerous ,not gonna kill you..I'm on my way to recovery got on a boat today in Ocean I said we'll if I have one let it be it's just anxiety accept let it wash over you..No what if thoughts..You got this warrior

Learn to (self-)control your fear of the fear itself. That's what Claire Weeks suggests, to cut the long story short.

I wish i knew that s just anxiety in my first 6months , imagine 6 months of fueling my fear until i found the word anxiety and panic attacks 3months was enough for me to back to my normal life not a single panic attack m dealing with the setbacks and some symptoms but im totally accepting it and leting it be here i wish i did that in my first month💀😭but isokay
