After a night of no sleep, I forced myself to attend a yoga class. My anxiety was extremely high at times, and I wanted to leave the yoga class. I felt like I was going to pass out. But I made it all the way to the end.
My anxiety is being triggered right now by my teenager, which is difficult because I have to live with him. You guys are a big help!!!

I always ask myself if I truly had one wish, what would it be? If someone says for anxiety to be gone.... that is not true acceptance.

I had the same like Ceaser 😁 remember Shaan told me that my digestion issue is because of the anxiety. I free to eat anything. I thought I have to do some diet and take some suppliments.
I started to eat everything I want. Everything was fine.
    I gained 17 lbs since then 😝

I can relate to this so much. I was going fast then stumbled. I got a new symptom and ended back in WTF mode. I am in the process of getting through that stumble right now.

You can be doing everything like before but still be running away from the symptoms, these symptoms die down once you stop giving a sh*t if they are showing up or not.

I did suffer from that for like 2 to 3 months. Had lot going on in my head after visiting 2 neurosurgeons and lastly visiting a psychiatrist. I decided to change my thinking finally m out of it. Just to let you guys know its all in you and its not a hoax. Its all about your head. I you can easily get rid of anxiety as i did just dont let it overwhelm you. My psychiatrist told me just keep telling yourself "i am strong" that Really helped me

Sleeping is very intuitive, every creature can sleep! The only reason why sometimes we dont sleep is because we overthink it. So inorder for you to get your sleep back just have the attitude of “ if I dont sleep today then its fine, eventually I will sleep” also if your day starts at 9 am then stay in your bed till 9, dont get up and start doing stuff

Dont beat yourself up for questioning. Its just the state of mind you are in anything else is overwhelming your already overwhelmed mind
Please read finally a life and finally a life and beyond. Best book hands down this guy suffered tremendously.
You have to embrace the feeling thoughts and its a process but the results are cumulative every time u allow the experience you rest your tired mind.
