    Very nice, what you've done to the bike! I am considering this as one of 2 options for a bigger bike. Appreciate the no-fluff content and sensible advice, sir. Ride on!

      Thanks 🙏🏻 it’s a fantastic bike. Still love it 3 years on! But if you have the option the M is the ultimate and I’ll be on one probably next season 👍🏻

    I have same bike and same colour with the windscreen and tank protection as well. Not sure about the look of bar ends on this bike even though they are far better for visibility. I did have them on a 2012 Speed Triple and they looked awesome. Tail tidy looks fabulous.

    Hi Dom. Nice bike with great mods. I would also suggest M levers as well as M lever guards. I have them both and literally love it. Not sure if you can mount lever guards together with bar end mirrors, but worth to try. Thanks for this video 👍🏻

    • @yodomcat
      @yodomcat  2 роки тому +2

      I did want that combo, but have seen someone worth the guards and barends and was a little too messy. But the levers I am still on the hunt for. Loved them on my RR but they wouldn’t move over 🥲

    Tail tidy is fantastic. Are the lights any good? Braking and indicator

    • @yodomcat
      @yodomcat  2 роки тому

      As good as the originals; as in when you brake and indicate they are harder to view as all in one, but I really rate this tidy! Review up on the channel soon.

    Thank you for the video. When reattaching the brake cylinder to the new M rearsets, did you install two new screws or did you cut the two original screws to make them fit?

    You are the man to give me your opinion. I have a 2020 s1000rr, and I am considering the s1000r. How do they compare? Considering taking my exhaust across as well. Does it miss out power? Better for a daily ride? More comfortable? Look forward to hearing back

    • @yodomcat
      @yodomcat  Рік тому

      Hey mate I answer a lot of that in this video: ua-cam.com/video/nZeALHFqvwE/v-deo.html
      If my back could cope I would of stayed on the RR. Sure the R is the more sensible bike and you ride it more because of that; but that linear power from the RR is intoxicating.
      It really is head vs heart.

    • @TSRR-zs6pf
      @TSRR-zs6pf Рік тому +1

      @yodomcat Thanks for the reply. After I saw the 1st video and wrote the message, I saw that video. I am really torn, I want the Tuono v4 1100, but it has reliability issues and the local dealer here in Australia is terrible to deal with. I am a daily rider, and BMW has been great to deal with when I did have an issue. But as you said, the s1000r doesn't have the same character as other bikes, it just does its own thing flawlessly. Heart wants passion, head says the s1000r is a no-brainer.

    • @yodomcat
      @yodomcat  Рік тому

      @@TSRR-zs6pf if you’re going to keep it 3 years or more, drop a front tooth, decat and tune and you’ll get that punch you’re missing. But it’s still not liner like the RR. But I love mine and ride all year round and really that’s what it’s about 👍🏻

    Any issues with your phone mounted on the Quadlock? Trashed the camera on my phone using it when I had one on my Gen 2, so a little wary using one on the Gen 3 I’ve just bought! Thanks for the content

    • @yodomcat
      @yodomcat  2 роки тому

      None at all, we all run Quadlock in our group and no issues with the anti vibration module. One guy has Quadlock and no anti vibe but runs android so no issue; but when we swapped bikes and and iPhone went in; camera broke straight away.
      Always run the anti vibration module! 🙈

    Stunning looking bike and I`m really excited about getting a `22 model soon, only thing I dislike is the exhaust box, Is there a cover for it to hide it a bit ?

    • @yodomcat

      @@yodomcat really.? so I assume you get to enjoy a lot more the R even though a lot people describe the RR to be a very comfortable ride.

    • @yodomcat
      @yodomcat  7 місяців тому +1

      @@William-Ortiz just that. As supersports go the RR is the most comfy. But for me after a whole day riding 8 hours in the seat, I’d not want to ride the next day, with the R no worries.

      A1 Show Plates and is 7x4.something. Be sure to add the BSU(?) number to the plate as have heard of some people getting pulled for that. Also if you're riding in the EU you'll need to add a flag or GB/UK.

      Summer Diablo Rosso 4 Corsa. If it wasn’t for the S23’s coming out 2024 they’d be back on the bike for summer but have to try the 23s. For winter Road5’s that said the corsa4 did well in the wet.
