I have made your red lentil bread and I need to thank you for sharing. We are a gluten free family and this bread is the best bread we ate in more then 5 years. Definitely making it daily now. I just love your creativity. You are amazing. We bought all 4 of your recipe books and we are waiting for the Indian one with great hope . As all your recipes are on our weekly plan. Thank you.
I second every one else who has commented. You are so creative and amazing and inspiring and motivating. Now when I make something new, my husband asks if this is from "Broccoli Mum" -- and it always is! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
I'm going to try making them into bagels. Just boil a few minutes and then bake. I'm putting everything bagel seasoning on top. Can't wait. I know I will love this recipe. Going to soak my red lentils now.

Love your new hair! It’s fun to do a big change 😊 Absolutely love your videos, I find them so helpful and motivating. I was just in Sheffield visiting my husbands family, and it was fun seeing the brand of tofu that you use in the shops ( funny what we consider “fun” as we get older 😂) Lots of love from Canada 🇨🇦💚🥔🥑🥬
