  • Ingredients:
    Dough:
    Water - 170 mL
    Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
    Sugar - a little
    Flour - about 300 grams
    Butter - 30 gr (in the dough itself) and 70 gr (for puff dough)
    Filling:
    Onions - 1 piece
    Chicken fillet - 300-400 gr
    Tomatoes - 1-2 pieces
    Salt, spices - to taste
    Also:
    1 egg to lubricate boats before baking
