Beaming Edge on its own is a complete game changer in my opinion. Just from some quick napkin math and assuming it stacks additively with Eye for Weak Points and critical rate buffs, I believe Seraph can hit 100% crit rate relatively easily. This class is absolutely phenomenal.
I think you can hit it without beaming edge actually. I think it was like 90 percent with buffer soulhacker crit up, plus thermo headhear, plus cypher edge. I think new accessories giving free crit up on an attack boosting ring already put it up there (with above support) before beaming edge. Granted beaming edge is still amazing. It, swiftsong, and abundant oceans are all super powerful.
@android 47 beaming edge lets you get away with fewer crit rate increases, especially since you really only need to hit 80% as it adds a flat 20% after everything else is calculated. The new accessories are also extremely good if you can get enough crit rate on them. If anything, this update solidified Seraph as the best attacker class in the game
@@conorb.1901 Exactly, you can get away with so many low base crit rates! I have my FMJ set up with a thermal headgear and one of the new craftable accessories to get a crit rate of about 40% (don't know the exact value). After a full eye for weak points and beaming edge I have a crit rate of 100%, which is crazy as the class has a base crit rate of 10%! Combined with the crit recharge master skill and the high hit counts, you can spam arts as much as you can.
Definitely would love to see a rework of builds (if possible) and tier list. The sheer amount of healing is hilarious. I think Eunie might have a new class .

Tbh you should do a full analysis of Noah's Unlimited Sword. Like each of the arts damage ratios, the class' base stats and stat multipliers, the skills tied to each version, if equipped master skills are applied (iirc they don't but it'd be good to have a guide fully confirm it), etc.
@Barley he was wondering the numbers behind unlimited sword. And what actually gets ffected that you can change. You said "numbers change with each character" which doesn't really answer it
It’s amazing that we got another broken healer in a game full of them, and to think we thought Signifer & Troubadour were busted! Great guide, cannot wait to see how awesome Lapidarist is!
This class in combination with War Medic and Buffer Soulhacker make Signifer and Troubadour completely irrelevant. Lapidarist and War Medic get Signifer and Troubadour's best arts/skills, and provide actual healing on top of that. And Buffer Soulhacker being the best buffer in the game is just kinda insult to injury.
I love this class so much, and I'm looking forward to seeing how it affects class meta and Any% routes. Great job with the video! Looking forward to more!
It's a good thing you can get silver nopon coins with Gauntlet battles blue noponstone, because I did NOT want to turn on the soulhacker farm for coins again! Lapidarist is pretty fun! It almost makes me forget I have to revive party members instead of continually attacking!
Interesting little thing I noticed, the heal from the crit scales based off of your damage too, so the weaker the hit the lower the lower the healing hence the “up to 70%” so auto crits, unless you do a strange auto build will not heal you nearly as much as the abilities do (an auto build in the roguelite mode with life saving strikes from teach’s class can actually go absolutely crazy though)
OMG I am so glad this class released, it is exactly what I needed. I was running with both a signifier and a troubadour as my supports and it was going super well until I wiped earlier today to a superboss. Now I can keep my troubadour and swap the signifier for this.
My standard team I use for everything has Mio as a Zephyr, but you used just Ashera as your defender, so I think I'll swap over to Lapidarist! We went from Xenoblade 1 and 2 losing all use for healers to some of the best classes in the game being healers.

This class is absolutely goofy holy crap. On its own it's Signifer on crack, but Beaming Edge is a very goofy ability too. Would it enable similar Frenzied Combo builds on other classes? Like, if I'm understanding it right, multihit moves can proc FC skill multiple times, so something like Lone Exile could also do instant recharge art spam with maybe some art cooldown support? Also, Crystal/Silver Earrings would make good third accessories for chain-attack focused team comps, a Fraternal Badge could make your initial setup faster in defender-less builds, or a shield belt will give you double the damage reduction although it'll obviously cut into your own damage.
E-enel??? How'd you make this so fast?? I've barely finished her ascension quest, yet here you are, making high quality guides this quick after release

Hoping you do a video on the new accessory crafting aswell eventually. Seems kinda interesting how they can raise mulitble stats when maxed out but also but also feels kinda tedious not knowing what you are gonna get until after going through the commitement of fully raising them.
You can know, to an extent. The little icons at the bottom tell you what stats are going to be added. The little sword is attack, shield is guard rate, star is crit rate, heart is healing, keyhole is health, wing is agility, set of lines is dexterity, and so on. The only one you really need to pay attention to though is if there's at least two stars, because added crit rate is the only one that actually matters.

Damn I had a feeling Lapidarist would be good reading her skills and arts, but I didn't expect she'd be THIS good damn...
would've been nice if she was available a bit earlier cuz she is so fun to use but it takes a little while to reach her hero quest.
will you update all current class videos now, since a lot has changed?
