I just thought up some settlement attack logic as to why settlements with no population don't get attacked. 1. due to how rare it is for most of us to visit any settlements that AREN'T being attacked, no one would be aware it's your hideout. 2. since no one is there to call in an attack, you can't be alerted to the attack, as bethesda doesn't have a way to set up an automated alarm. Though admittedly, if you got like 5000 rounds of ammo and 50 assault rifles in your settlement, that shit should get attacked.
The combination of vanilla story aswell as modded questlines + the other mods made this such a fun watch. Hope to see more of these types of videos in the future even if only rarely.
Well that stuck in 1st person bug its kinda common with modded weapons, if you use a Stimpak , or eat/ drink something providing you have IAF, or use a workbench its getting fixed
Always roll my eyes anytime someone doing a challenge run is like "Oh, this part of the game that requires me to do X can't be bypassed, so I guess the run is failed" or "Oh, this part of the game broke and I had to use a mod/console to fix it, so I guess the run is failed" so it's pretty refreshing to hear someone just not give a shit and carry on.
Install Unleveled World and SKK Dynamic Damage Manager, and set the XP gain to 0,2. That way you cannot muscle your way through the game easily. If you install the Vendigo mod, which makes the monster spawn where feral ghouls are, even the ghoul missions are challenging. It's a completely different game. Survival mode, of course.
For Piper, there's a mod called Tough and Deadly Bombshell Piper that improves her stats and makes her prettier. Tough and Deadly Cait is also good. Durable Vertibirds make them less likely to be shot down and crashing on your head.
I'd recommend not using it and waiting for MAIM 3's full release (or you could try out the beta on their Discord). The game was a bit easier without MAIM because I didn't have to worry about bleeding to death, but I could still die in a few shots. It's power armor that removed most of the difficulty at the end, actually.
It increases the headshot body part damage modifier for most races. You can run a scripted instant kill headshot mod with it and they'll work fine together. Other mods that edit body part data will overwrite/be overwritten by HHO.
@@Soulwork1943 From the end of my video: "Fallout 3 sold, at a minimum, over 15 times as many copies as the original Fallout. It sold more copies in its first week after release than all prior Fallout games combined. Despite its flaws, it was every bit the success Bethesda could have hoped for and then some. The game received glowing reviews and widespread praise. Only a small minority complained about any issues I’ve brought up in this video. Looking over my script, I realize a lot of my complaints are minor nitpicks, and while Fallout 3 would no doubt be better if they were addressed, overall I think it’s still an excellent experience, especially by 2008 standards. Yes, the main quest is terrible, there’s no getting around that. But the side quests compensate for that a lot. Fallout 3 doesn’t have that many side quests, but they’re all very lengthy and nearly every single one has at least two solutions. By contrast, Fallout 4 is full of short, linear side quests that suck, alongside radiant quests that are even worse. Compared to it’s numbered sequel, Fallout 3 also has a much better dialog system, it has more RPG elements, and it wasn’t as much of a technical disaster on release day. Replaying Fallout 3 to make this quick-and-dirty video has made me appreciate the game a lot more, and that’s something I didn’t expect. I think Bethesda really did the best they could with Fallout 3, and many of the mistakes they made were also made by Micro Forte with Fallout Tactics, and even Black Isle themselves with Fallout 2. Fallout 3 could have turned out a lot worse if another company won the rights to the series." That sums up my thoughts on Fallout 3 perfectly. It's not a bad game at all; Fallout NV benefits a lot from being able to use its engine and assets.
@@PancuroniumB I had finished a long play through of fallout 3 a couple months ago. I completed the main story quest as well as Broken Steel. My overall play through was really enjoyable and the amount of crashes I had I could fit on one hand which is rare for a Bethesda game. Anyways I do share a lot of your opinions on the Fallout 3 but overall like the game for what it was.
Geneva: "Yay, I'm saved!"
Piper, pulling out a minigun: "Nuh uh."
Piper mowing down Geneva so randomly made me laugh my ass off 😂😂
Ahh it’s a good day, another Pancuronium video.
I wish to second this (e)motion

there is a mod to remove fall impact aggro incase anyone wondered

i really enjoyed this small series, i hope you do more challenge runs like it
That was really good
Once i get a new desktop, I'm gonna do a playthrough like this, maybe with FOCOM, so I can have an Enclave deathsquad

Why was Piper such a NUNCE in this run?? That last bit with the minigun was just.. Man, y'know what? Fallout 4 just works.
Your humor is burnt toast dry and fantastic 😂👍
While I'm here for mod reviews I do enjoy this narrated edited LP.
Yesssssssssssss, part two! Please do more gameplay :D
This was an awesome series.
Wow this video is underrated how do you not have at least 10k likes great video though
Hi, I know you already did a vid for heavy weapons but I was wondering if you've ever had a look at Skibadaas minigun and machine-gun mods?
I'll review both mods in one video eventually.
I geniunely enjoyed that thanks
What a cool mod. I will play it one day.
5:25 Leaks have visuals. I have played this quest multiple times and never encountered this bug.
Thinking about it now, maybe the holes were invisible due to my textures being low res.
OP: Piper sucks, she kept going down.
Also OP: no I didn’t give her any equipment, I kept her in her defense rating 0 clothes.
That was a good run.
Yup another Pancuronium classic

I just grab the guy under the walkway in the vault. He's alone and it's also imposing for other NPCs to see anything.
I warned you about maim tut tut 0:27
You should try playing FROST
He has mentioned he has a Frost load order, just hasn't made a playthrough video yet

SCOURGE would overwrite these changes
@@Abbot_even loaded "below" it?
Use automatically lowered weapons when not using stealth indicator. If no enemies left, weapon will lower.
Would you recommend skipping MAIM completely at this point? How was the difficultly dropoff after the game dmg tweak you made in MCM?

Does Hardcore Health Overhaul doing anything with Headshots? Like instant kill? If not can you run a headshot mod alongside without any issues?

@@PancuroniumB thank you
Is America rising 2 in your opinion worth it to download?
Id love a full mod list for this, my dumbass can only mod Skyrim on xbox. Though i recently got a good PC. If you could, that'd be much appreciated.
Stg I have a mod load order that’ll never crash or have any glitches and it’s basically this but better all on console
30:05 LMAOOOOOOOO
what is your opinion of fallout 3?
I made a video titled "Imagining a Better Fallout 3" a few months back, that kind of summarizes my thoughts.
@@PancuroniumB The reason I ask this is just to know what some fallout youtubers think of it.

I guess he can
While i like that FGEP mod i really dislike those sounds, those are way too loud and you can hear them way too far.
Piper is actually one of the weakest companiens you can have.
MAIM 3 is alot better and less buggy than MAIM 2
Was about to comment, I've had a pretty good experience with MAIM 3 beta, similar damage mod list too. The official release is probably even moreso
I was the 1 thousand like 😱😱😱🎉🥳🎊🍾🎁
man fallout 4 and its mods are a mess
