It took me a week of research and tweaking to get my current mod list stable and that's only 200 mods. I had horrible problems with NACX and PRP on my last build so I avoided them this time. Now mostly getting 4K120 with excellent draw distances and very happy. Also: no grass mods. It's nice being able to see the beautiful ground textures and anything that gets dropped.

Another early game masochist mod is Creatures of the Commonwealth. Because it spawns dlc enemies anywhere in the commonwealth at their normal levels, ie, level30 or above.
Good mod list, not too hard but not too easy either, damm apocalipse would have made this insanely harder lol, but it is fine, i too like to have a vast ammount of loot, i even use simply more ammunition to keep myself from running out of ammo too often. Getting a supressed pistol or rifle and going full on sneak is a must for MAIM, i would also reccomend a lot True damage. With the scourge player module you would be looking at about 100 health anyways so it is best to count as if every shot is lethal, use scourge to halve the enemy health and boom, perfect tactical shooter/stealth game. Also, Turret override is a very good thing to have early on when assaulting raider camps, override their turrets and snipe them while they deal with them, delicious.
>people who spend so much time ... trying to craft the perfect load order that they never get a chance to play the game We all know how much pure pain these words describe, I guess.
