We've already sold all the shrimp we caught. Thankfully, we had buyers that wanted a lot of them with the heads on. I don't like holding shrimp and I'm willing to give buyers that want a big amount of shrimp a good deal.

Bought fresh shrimp from a man while at the beach and I was in amazement at how fast he pinched the heads off for me. Both hand's going at the same time. Fast

Wow i would love to have that shrimp in my freezer right now. My husband does not eat much of it at all. I love it and could eat it everyday. So many ways to make shrimp. 😊

I'm doing great. We were supper excited with our catch. Over 400 lbs in two trawls that totaled 1 hr. Shrimping still ain't easy. We had a lot of time into getting ready to go and tons of work to do after catching them.

I have a 12 ft trawl i don't know what i would do if i reck them like yall did sending love from south Louisiana
This was the best day of shrimping we have ever experienced. We showed you guys over 400 lbs. of shrimp in the two pulls. I started out trawling with a 25' trawl. I still have it but can't use it on this boat with the electric winch because it doesn't have a turtle excluder. Here in SC our nets have to have an excluder if we're using any type of winches. One thing good about a small trawl is they're easy to handle.

Vinegar really doesn't help with stingray stings. Hot water is the absolute best thing to help. It relieves the pain instantly.
@@SaltyReflections maybe you should take a thermos of hot water and small dish to soak your hands in just in case this happens again you do take a risk when your pulling the net and can’t see them right away

To bad you didn't have a way to heat. Water on the boat. That was the only thing that took the pain away for me. Super hot water,as hot as you can stand it.

There is mothing better than our local fresh shrimp.Its a shame the restaurants choose the cheap frozen imported shrimp.,it should illegal!
Our local fresh shrimp have the best taste of any hands down.Even though they are more expensive,they are well worth the cost.
We all need to look out for each other. The guys that shrimp trawl work hard to provide healthy food for us.

Iv been stung by a sting ray in the toe. Pain all the way up my leg. Went to hospital all they did was WARM SOAPY WATER . Pain goin instantly.

Our friends don't like us giving our location away. They're worried everyone will buy all the trawl gear needed, a boat, and put in tons of work for low wages. I really don't think so. LOL. We'll have to keep our location a secret.
Never buy seafood from anyone buy fresh wild caught. That's when I'm not harvesting it myself. Buy local buy wild . Preferably off boats

Nice haul guys! Not to long ago I passed a Chinese Restaurant near my old job and stopped in. The Special sign had 10 items. 8 of those items had shrimp in them. I began to laugh so hard I had to go outside. When I came back inside, the lady asked me what was so funny? I said that it was nice that they had 8 specials containing shrimp, however you spelled shrimp wrong 8 times. She said it's spelled shlimp. I told her their is no L in shrimp. I kept laughing as I walked out with Kung Pao Chicken!

Holy Cow! I have never see that many beautiful shrimp caught by a boat your size or even bigger. If I lived down there ,I would definitely buy some shrimp from y'all! Sometimes a tropical storm does some good .
I really don't know if the storm pushed the shrimp into the area, but this was the best day we've ever had trawling for shrimp. Over 400 lbs. in two trawls.

We gonna go get this net wet this week... just like you guys we got to work the bugs out of our net and our boat so we can make it as easy as possible on ourselves I'm having winch problems so I'm going to be doing it the old-fashioned way pulling it in by hand I tried running an air cold Honda engine with a chain and sprocket to my winch but it spins too fast I need a hydraulic pump and motor so I can control the speed of it but good luck to you all hope you all continue to have those big hauls.
