      Growl is deeper, more rounded, strong but not as energized or aggressive as the scream. Growl is also usually shaped closer to vowels "oh" and "oo" while scream is closer the vowel "ah".

      @@sibilaextremevocal thank you but Mid Range or "high" false cord screams exists I can give some examples: Slaughter to prevail uses sometimes Mid, high false cord scream, Hollow front - Comatose & Letting Go, I just wanna make my self sure that Medium Range false cord can really exists I will check the videos thx

      I mentioned growl because usually it's the easiest technique to get a grasp of false chord.

    Idk if someone can help me, I'm doing screaming since 2 years now, and my falsechords and Fry's are pretty okay, but I always have the same problem with my fry screams when I fry scream the air isn't getting out I know it sounds stupid cause the air produces the sound but it's literally not going out I have to stop my fry screams because I need to let air outbefore i feel like exploding. I can't find a single person online that had the same experience so I literally don't know how it's possible and I don't know what to do now someone please help me :(

      I practiced with a few people who had the same struggles. Usually it's caused by doing something that can remind of holding your breath while screaming. It can be caused be different things like:
      1. Over-compression,
      2. Tightening the abs way too hard,
      3. Both,
      4. Having extra tension in the jaw, neck or the larynx itself,
      5. Shallow breathing (having too high air pressure in the chest and throat, breathing is shallow when your upper chest and shoulders are elevating when you exhale and they deflate when you exhale).
      The most important thing is to observe if your whole body is properly relaxed and free from constrictions. It's also important to breathe deep and avoid raising your chest and shoulders (it's easier to achieve it when your back and neck are straight and shoulders are relaxed). After that you can try out those exercises:
