Nice to see you got the Nurosym! I hope it makes you feel better. Hydration is very important indeed, but I've realized that over hydrating or constant sipping makes it worse. I think it might be some metabolic response but I'm yet to figure it out with an endocrinologist. By the way, Dr. Yo's vids have been very interesting lately. Cheers!
Dizziness can change your entire being. I definitely learned my own boundaries and all that comes with it. I’m a few months behind you Dee, the journey SO similar. My ice mask is equivalent to your massager. I can’t give it up just yet! Keep truckin beautiful!
@@jessicaamber6623 oooh ice mask is a good idea 👍🏼 but I was told by my psych that you should only use ice method for panic attacks not as a general regulation tool xx
@@jessicaamber6623 I don’t drink babe, never have so I can’t comment on that. I wouldn’t recommend drinking when taking SSRIs it’s reduces their effectiveness xx
