Honey Marshmallows | Without Corn Syrup | Tastie Dine

Homemade marshmallows are a lot easier than you think. Soft, fluffy and far better than store bought.
Substituted the corn syrup with Honey, since honey is more available and accessible to most of us as compared to corn syrup.

I'm blind in one eye and 66 years old. So much easier if you would write it down. Some of us need a little tlc. I'd love to make some homemade healthy marshmallows. Thank you. I screen shoot the written recipe on my tablet so I can see it and not have to write it down. Then I bring that into the kitchen and enlarge it to see while I cook.
