I have an 8 month old and 3.5 year old- so are kids aren’t the same age, but it’s nice seeing a mom. Been wanting to go back on WW again soon so found you today searching for ideas ❤
Lila is such a precious little girl. A good sport and sweet as can be. I had a WW leader who called those extra foods “bites, licks & tastes”. They sure can add up quickly. You’re doing good. Keep it up.
I’m so thankful you’re making this content! I’m 11 months postpartum and finding time or energy to take care of myself is just harder than I thought it would be. I’m currently 5 '8 and 308lbs 😢 but I’m working on starting last week! I will be following every video for inspo! Lol keep up the good work ❤️
I’ve lost 58 pounds so far since April and the key for me has been time. I’m not in a rush this time and it makes this process so much easier and happier. I hear you on the mindful eating. I have to stop myself all the time when I’m cooking! 😅
I’ve been back a few weeks! Went to my first in person meeting last Friday’. I’ll weigh this Friday , hoping for a loss. ❤. What part of Houston are you in? I have three friends in Houston. I love it there. If you’re not familiar with Kemah Texas has a boardwalk, shopping, restaurants on the bay - family fun. Check it out.may be about an hour drive depending what part of Texas. Lila and Nora would really enjoy it as much as you and your hubby. I love going there when I’m visiting Texas from Philly. I always go in summer so Ofc it’s 10000+ degrees lol. Be prepared if you’re not aware how HOT HOUSTON IS LOL. Hope you’re settled in ! Love watching your videos.
Lol! I literally just bought two vintage grapefruit spoons at a thrift store yesterday in perfect condition for $1 😄 I'm sure every thrift store has some
Good luck to you! Looks like you're starting off great. Small changes are sustainable. I had to learn to put away my phone at 11pm to get quality sleep. Reading a couple of chapters of a good book (an old school book, not Kindle lol!) also helped. 😊 Hope you find what works for you as good sleep is a big part of successful weight loss.
Absolutely love these videos. A mixture of everything. I get so excited when you post new videos. Love the grapefruit in the morning as well. My nana used to sprinkle a little bit of sugar on it the night before and let it set so it’s ready for breakfast ❤
I have been using a rebounder for 2 years along with weights. My favorite workout equipment of all time. The rebounder gives me all the endorphins and easy on my joints. I lost 20 lbs by using it and have kept the weight off. My kids also like using it to workout on.
My grandma did the grapefruit with the cool spoons too. She always put a half grapefruit out on the counter the night before sprinkled with sugar! That, small bowl of oats and black coffee was her breakfast most days.
You inspired me, watched your last video and ordered a rebounder! I've been watching Earth & Owl rebounder tutorials, she is a great teacher. I'm interested in the benefits for the lymphatic system and will be bouncing by tomorrow! So glad to hear you finally got some good sleep!!
I get it. I have 32 pts and I'm thankful not to be restricted to 23. Then again, I weigh nearly 260 pounds. I imagine since you're on 23 you have a lot less to lose.

I know how you feel when those nights hit and then you have to keep pushing through for the little ones!!! 😅 I found getting rid of caffeine helped heaps for me and upping the exercise or physical activity too and now I rarely have a restless night thank God!!! 🥳💪🙌 I'm journeying with you to try and loose my last baby weight from my fourth little one and goal is to loose 22kg (48.5 pounds) this year plus increase fitness and drastically cut down processed foods and I am doing pretty good so far! Your recipes and meal ideas are a fantastic inspo!!! 🎉❤👍😊

I really like carb manager for tracking. I like the little graph they give me too. Especially being lower carb
Even though I don't have issues with sleep, I still find I sleep deeper and feel more rested when I take magnesium before bed.

You should try the She Fit sports bras! They really help with bounce!! 😬 they’re the only ones I’ve tried that actually work!
