It always comes down to story... and what you decide to make a story about. Make it about things people want to see and you'll do fine, make it about things people aren't interested in and you'll struggle. Been that way since movies began.

You know the Andor series was a slow burn at start but it ended up being the best written and acted Star Wars series ever (in my opinion).
Disregard my previous comment, this show is a complete dumpster fire. I’m out after three episodes. I can’t imagine it getting any better.
After a second watch, I've found this show's style growing on me. It just took a little getting used to. I'm definitely interested and excited to see where it goes now.
