Before i sold mine, i had sub moa at 100yrds with hornady blk 123Gr. Dont worry im gonna get another one some day. Thought about .300 blk but 7.62x39 was cheaper at the time haha. Nice vid buddy.
Mine will do .75" 5 shots with 77gr. Razorcore. Federal XM193 does about 1.5". I have a few more loads to try, but the Razorcore has shown a lot of consistency. At 300, most groups are 2.5-3", when I do my part. That's prone with a 6 power scope. I'm fighting the urge to put more magnification on it, but I think I can shrink those groups a bit at 10-12x. I have some Black Hills and CBC 77s to try soon. What a fun little rifle.
Got mine in 5.56 from Canadian Tire on sale. Sweet little rifle. Only been able to shoot it at our indoor range as our outdoor rifle range is shut down. Hopefully I'll have time to find some crown land this summer.

This is one of my favorite bolt rifles in my collection for many reasons. $800 is stout my friend, was able to acquire one from my local store new for $350. I’ll probably do a video on mine too!
@@theruralrenegade8911 I just called ruger told them what I had and what I wanted. They sent me the mag well a new mag and screws for free. Can’t beat that.
The corrosive ammo was super inconsistent batch to batch, one might give you six inch groups and the next will be 3 inch, I clean scrubbed the bolt and soaked it in gun oil but didn't take it apart
Throw a cheap brake on it. Also, mine would rub the left side of the stock causing flyers. Wrap a broom stick in sand paper and go to work until it’s actually free floated. I used to shoot Hornady Black SST out of it but it groups just the same with Wolf 123gr hp’s.
I can't find wolf where I live, my stock is truly floating that is one of the first things I checked. I don't want a brake because I don't wear ear pro while hunting and I prefer the look of an a2 flashhider.
Are we talking about the rifle in your video? In the video you have a base and mile high rings, with the talley’s you can throw away the base and mount the scope at least a 1/2” lower if not more.

I have a 5.56 one. So far I like it. I get about 2 inch group with barnual steel case. Haven't got it out with some good ammo yet.

4:01 you have the Paul Harrel ammunition grab-out-of-pocket maneuver. nice
Now that's a compliment, Paul Harrel is a chad

They sure are sweet guns
Thanks for the video. You helped me make my decision. For a first bolt gun this one has many good to excellent reviews. Placing my order now.
Glad to hear I could help facilitate your financial down fall 🤣🤣 jk. I hope you enjoy yours as much as I do mine!

And it's made in North Carolina....It's a solid truck gun....I use mine as a brush gun 7.62x39

You live in the US eh?
@@theruralrenegade8911 that’s right. From the looks, we got okay prices on firearms and you guys up there got good prices on ammo.
Ammo is still pricey but guns are even worse
Yeah i got mine around 320ish. Was a hell of a deal a few years ago. Heh heh
Mine does the same one group five shot with golden tiger..........FREAKING AMAZING
I have one I swapped out the mag well with the AR mag well and and can now use AR style 7.62x39 mags. No issues.
Cool, I might have to try that

@@brammathews9186 wow, thats awesome
I gots to do this... sheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeit. Makes it perfect then
Really wish they had this in LH.
I need one for hunting season!
I would agree, this is one awesome rifle.
What's the accuracy shooting the corrosive? And do you clean the bolt internals afterwards

I changed the rings after the video
I like the caliber
Me too, cheap universal and practical
Nice peterbilt
What height rings mate cheers from Australia
I don't remember to be honest, I think they are weaver tactical 6 bolt medium height but I am not sure
If you invest in some Talley ex-low one-piece ring/bases it will lower the scope and you won’t need a cheek riser.
I have a pic if you need it.
I am already as low as I can go, the magnification ring ring is almost touching the gun
